IIRC, that was a pretty subdued break; I could be wrong, but I don't remember that one being much more than a little head bob and snicker. Here she laughed hard enough to show her teeth and had to take time to collect herself.

Katie is the Floyd Mayweather of this game. Sure, she's technically the best at it... but she's not the most fun to watch. (Only in this. Usually she's one of my favorites) She slows down, and goes into a monotone to control herself. If she played/acted the role more naturally, I think she'd crack like ice in a uncontrollably tasty margarita.
For those that play the role (really chew the scenery), I'd have to say Brennan is the best. Sure, he cracks sometimes. But he really gets into it, and still rarely breaks into laughter considering.
They need to add a rule: 1) You must act. Any purposefully stern or stale delivery for prolonged periods gets you a point.

I know people don't like Katie's delivery sometimes, but I enjoy listening to those little fluctuations in her volume that betray her. The more she's trying not to laugh, the quieter she gets and the more she sounds like she's talking from the back of her throat. But the break, yeah, that was gorgeous.
