All I have are tangerines! I made the lemon one a month ago and omg I had to make 2 more for my adult kids. Except my glaze comes out runny even though I use the exact measurements, so I’ll try less squeezed tangerine juice this time . I’m so excited waiting for butter to soften as I comment

Where is the actual recipe and instructions? I watched many time and never saw what temperature you cook in on and how long! Very frustrating to try to write down instructions as well!!
Perhaps try reducing the temperature and the baking time as every oven works differently.. you can also try lining the sides of the pan with a damp towel or even use a lighter coloured pan... 😊

One a thing is confusing.. how can 11\2 c sugar be 300 gr and 21\4 c flour be 280g ? please can you explain?
It’s not 11.
It is 1& 1/2 means (one cup and half). And the flour same thing two cups and one fourth. 2cups 1/4.
Because the sugar is denser than flour
