I also downloaded The Cheat Terminal form Nexus before I even loaded the game on my pc, because at that time my only interest in Fallout 4 was building Vault 88, and I did not want to waste any time messing with dying, etc etc. Now I've played the darn thing for about a month and only just went into the Vault 2 days ago! lol This game is very fun, and the story and characters are amazing. Not to mention this is the 1st game I've allowed myself to play since my PS1 days with Duke Nukem, Dune 2000, Syphon Filter, and Tomb Raider. These games now are SO freakin awsome in comparison to those games, literally almost 20 years old or older.

I've noticed alot of folks wont build alot of buildings in the main courtyard. In one of my playthroughs I used the repairing walls technique but built a ceiling and a small town on top of it, having support beams and buildings under it as well. It was modded but looked nice. This time I'm thinking something even bigger.
Im a new Fallout 4 player and currently use sanctuary as my home base, but after watching your videos, i really wanna go find that castle and build it up like yours. looks amazing!
CB9611 Have you gotten the Vault Tec dlc? There are two reactors that can give you 150 power for one and 300 or more power for the other reactor. :) In your previous video, I saw that you had many power generators in the power room. Hope that helps. ^_^
This helped SOO much, thank you! My castle looksing awesome. The only thing I changed is I put all my generators outside of the walls by the water purifiers on platforms and attached the wires through the window so they wouldn't take up a whole room.
you can also put a conduit on the corner of a wall to get it to attach to something around the corner (instead of a conduit on each side of the corner).
so I've built the radio hut almost exactly like this but i keep finding my settlers and piper continually getting stuck inside the hut next to the radio desk its so annoying, is this normal?
Drops multiple guns in settlement, then store them whilst in build mode. It gradually increases your build limit. It's know as the settlement build limit glitch. Wouldn't be possible to build half my settlements without that trick 😅
You know you could have connected the water purifiers to each other and not had to have a separate pile on for each one that way you would have saved still in schematics and stuff anything that is electrical what connect to another thing that is electrical
Whats your secret about keeping the build meter on zero. Probably console command or something, right? Any suggestion on how to keep the build meter low on Ps4? Ive heard of a few. But theres only so much stuff you can remove from your workbench and "store" back into the workbench. Especially when you first start out building in the castle and got almost nothing in the workbench.
Another way to reduce the size is by dropping items and scrapping them in the settlement. So make sure to pick up all the junk you can so that you can scrap it later at your settlement!⭐ Not sure why it works but hey, it's easy and convenient lol.
I know this QUestion is old but if anyone else stumble over it here are some tipps: Build scavenging Station, not too many in one settlement, but in different ones. if you havent tried buying from the mercahnts thats in idea, or build your own stores in settlements and check their stuff as well. And don't feel offended by this but i know poeple who played it for months and didnt recognize that you can recycle pretty much anything that is laying around at your settlement trees cars, sometimes entire ruins.
Merchants who sell shipments (especially general goods stores for basic building mats like wood, steel, concrete and also ceramic and copper for your power imfrastructure) and scavenger trips out in the wasteland with a robot companion who can store a shizzle load of loot. You'll be relying on the latter technique until you're rolling in caps, then you'll be just buying what you need. Get cap collector perk to level 2 - you can put these merchants in your bigger settlements.

You probably figured it out by now. But you can drop your extra weapons and either scrap or store them in workshop mode. That lowers the build limit back down.
Late response I know, but yes! Drop lots of weapons inside settlement, then go into build mode and select to store them all. Pick them out of the settlement inventory and repeat as required
