Ahh Embassy Studios just up the road from me, known the owner for decades, had the pleasure of meeting Darrel and watched him record an album, with the Legendary Graham Fenton front man of Matchbox, both top guys and thank you for letting me visit and showing me around.
I want to see you in the U.S. one day! I fell in love with you & your style of music the first time I heard you. Cindy on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi
I never understood Higham. How can Eddie Cochran be your idol? Just seems weird. I guess he had to choose Cochran because he sure as hell wasn't gonna be able to make a career doing Elvis stuff.
This song is such a vibe. Darrel managed to put his own blueprint on it while keeping faithful to Eddie's version. A true master.
I have to say Darrell
You sounded fabulous Eddie would be proud
Impressed great guitar chords

He does Cochrane as well as anyone. Actually better. Listen to Little Lou and you’ll see what I mean.
Sounds like a train chugging down the tracks
Fantastic 🤜
Awful guitar tone for a Gretsch with single coils, quite distorted.

Why is that weird?
