I've been in a mosque to vote. I have one in my backyard, actually a 5 minute walk away. Why are there poll stations there if non-Muslims are not allowed in? Actually, it's the community centre part of the Friendship Centre. Why didn't Trudeau, if he really wanted to dialogue, not go to the community centre part, not the mosque? I've been in a mosque to vote. I have one in my backyard, actually a 5 minute walk away. Why are there poll stations there if non-Muslims are not allowed in? Actually, it's the community centre part of the Friendship Centre. Why didn't Trudeau, if he really wanted to dialogue, not go to the community centre part, not the mosque? I can remember our Friendship Centre held a dinner to support the NDP in a past election because we stood up for justice in some matter dear to the Muslim communities heart. After 9/11, I imagine. I can't even remember what the NDP did to earn the approval of the Muslim community here though.
