I think I'm in the minority when I say that I don't mind the "Loopin'" mispronunciation, but only when it comes from Zenigata. I don't know why, but Philip Wilburn makes it work, and even then, when he's screaming it, it does sound like the proper pronunciation. One thing's for sure; one of the best aspects of this franchise is when Zenigata is yelling Lupin's name. Good ol' Pops.

I'm pretty sure there's a dub of part 3 but I haven't watched it yet. The clips you re refering to arent from part 3, they're from Legend of The Gold of Babylon.
The clips are from Legend of the Gold of Babylon, which is a movie done in the style of Part 3. Sadly there isn't a dub of Part 3 at the date of this post, but with all of the new dubs TMS is producing including episode 1 of Part 1, I won't discount it ever happening 🤞🏽
