I'm glad you reviewed the ear cups so thoroughly. Previous Turtle beach headsets failed horribly in this respect. They really hurt my ears after a short time. Hopefully they have learned something here
Just got mine today !!! I had the stealth 600 and upgraded today to the 700 what a world of difference I love them !!!!

bro i hate buying the expensive headset that are $260+ and there is always 1 downside to them, either it has the best sound but chit mic or it has the best mic but chit sound
It's weird that almost every review claims the sound needs adjusted for shooters. I bought mine, turned them on and played Apex Legends for 4hs straight. Using default Signature Sound and Windows Sonic on my Series S , I was able to hear exactly where enemies and fights were taking place. I really see no point in changing a thing. Though sound is subjective but they worked exceptionally well for me

How do you connect this to a PC, with Xbox Mode or USB Mode? does the chatmix work for PC users? or better yet, where exactly does the chatmix work?
Hey nice video man, but the audio of the video is horrible. There is all the time a sort of echo or something like a droid from Star Wars is speaking, maybe you should check on this.
Can you change out the ear pads? I have the RIG 800LX that just died, but they are the most comfortable headset I've ever owned. I've tried various logitech and steelseries as well, but nothing comes close to the comfort of the RIG 800LX's. Would it be possible to swap the ear pads from the RIG's to the Stealth 700's?
I don't own my rig 800 but to be honest this ear cups are better due to the gel foam so not only does it keep your ears cool but it does not apply pressure. Don't forget to check if they are on sale by clicking the link below.
Very informative video, thank you . I have a question And that is I want to be able to do a party chat on Xbox and be able to hear my game on my PC at the same time so in order to do that would I have to use the dongle on the Xbox and connect the headphones by Bluetooth to my computer?
Yes that is how it would work. Also remember to reprogram the volume wheel to control the volume you want to have control over.
Picked up a pair today and so far I am enjoying them. However I'm very confused with their latest release of the 700 Gen 2 Max PS which works with everything "except" for Xbox. You would think their newest release would be equal or better than their release that was 6 months prior. And they are charging the same price for less features? Maybe I am missing something.

How the hell do you adjust the mic sensitivity? I can’t get onto any settings on the audio hub when plugged into the PC - just shows a picture of the headset

First I'd make sure you have the microphone volume adjusted to a decent level using the second dial on the left ear cup. If that's not working then you may have a defective unit.

immediately lost me at the dongle..just something else for me to lost i have the regular version of these i think ill stick with them.
That dongle is what allows them to be used on every platform. Now if you only play on one specific platform and don't think you will get the others then I can fully understand not wanting to upgrade. I had the previous version for Xbox and I can vouch that the new dongle gives a far more stable connection without drops.

No, you can't but the dongle works flawlessly and is included (firmware update needed)
I got these headphones but they didn't work for me unfortunately. There was no bluetooth connection at all and the vice grip gave me a headache.
😂😂😂😂 the Bluetooth definitely work I just picked these up today, have to hold down the Bluetooth button for about 5 seconds till you hear the pairing prompt
Should I go for these or the astro a50 gen 4? Any advantage that exist between the two of those headsets?
The Astro A50’s wont have as much bass or immersive type audio profile. Also, if you want to use the A50’s on both consoles, you will need to buy the Xbox and PlayStation base stations. Over all, it will cost you double the price of this headset. I personally would recommend the Stealth 700 G2 Max.
The a50 isn't really all that. The a50 isn't as customizable when it comes to sound adjustments and audio cues. And the bulky charging port for the headset isn't good either. I would recommend the 700. Wayy more customizable. 👍👍
The sound on these is....not great honestly. I downgraded from an Astro A50 to this because the A50 made clicking noises.
The loss in quality almost makes me regret doing so.
I legitimately don't know what headset for Xbox I would recommend, they all have major issues, and it's incredibly sad.
Have you tried to adjust the equalizer? If you want to try another pair check out the Roccat or the steelseries artic I have reviews for both on my channel different price range
Get yourself a pair of Pc38X headphones and stop playing with kiddie headsets

I got a Nova 7x in November and I'm here looking at this one because the Nova isn't comfortable, has a SUPER sensitive mic and has already started creaking. Looks like I'll return it for a replacement or I'll just look at a cheaper wireless Astro or something.
