We're looking at a 1949 Ford F3 Pickup Truck Custom Restomod in Gray paint. The Truck features a 302 CI V8 high performance engine producing 435 HP.
The truck's being shared by Jeff Schwartz, the Owner of Schwartz Performance Inc. who is in charge of the Build Team. Jeff shares the truck was in a family’s possession and wanted to fix it up for fund raising and charity work. After around 1500 hours with his Build Team this amazing Truck looks has all new parts for a modern road ready race truck.

Boy Lou this one was near and dear to my heart. Such a great resto-mod. This one brought back great memories. The first vehicle I painted was a 1950 Ford PU when I was 15 years old. My Dad purchased the truck and told me to sand it and get it ready for paint. Someone had painted it with a paint brush. I wore blisters on my hands sanding that truck. When I was done Dad said he was painting it, I said no way because I had worked so hard to get it paint ready. He agreed and let me paint the truck. It turned out great and it was and still is a great memory. Thanks for sharing this old cars & trucks. Take care

I inherited a 49 f3 from my grandfather around 15 years and have been thinking about trying to rebuild it kinda like this with my dad. This is exactly how I want it to turn out except for the colors

WOW, indeed this one gives me goosebumps! have always cherished these old trucks like nothing else. I don't know how or why, but seeing these awesome classics like this makes me shiver! although during the shooting process have more Assistant Exposure Light/reflector often necessary in the Shade,
Darkness, or Internal (the light from one side leaves half the subject's car-face in shadow),
but I understand that it is not easy for a person to shoot a job without not an assistant. Because of you, the
automotive industry has a new soul.

My grandfather had a '49 International. Flat black. I can still see "INTERNATIONAL" in porcelain across the front. Then, in 1965 he got a brand new 1964 Dodge D-100 in green. Hope you do more trucks.

Great looking truck nicely done love the interior and the power windows are pretty slick. You can tell it's a wider truck by looking at the hood and it sounds nice.

Great video and great truck! Did you say you used an F1 bed only longer? I have a 51 F3 and I am toying with using the 8 foot f1 kit.

Lou, I have an idea for you. You should make a video of the gasoline brands that existed in the United States for the 50s, 60s and 70s and that no longer exist. I remember these brands: sinclair, mobil, chevron, texaco and esso., ... 🌎👍🌟🌟🌟🇵🇷
Interesting idea. Not sure where I'd find the material. If this is an area of passion for you, it's a good idea and try doing a few videos and see what happens. If nothing happens, no big deal. If people watch, COOL!

Lou Costabile thanks Lou. Was that frame boxed? I dropped a speedway mustang 2 front end in mine with disk brakes and power steering. With qa1 coil overs. But had to box the frame first for the cradle.

Lou, that was a pickup. Trucks carry tons. Peterbilt is a truck. A ford F750 is also a truck. It's a little thing that drives me crazy. I asked for TRUCK parts once, and the parts guy tried selling me pickup parts.
