It's not true that you can have Adaptive Variable Suspension only on the model RX 500h.
I bought the RX 450h+ with Adaptive Variable Suspension here in Belgium, on the top configuration: Privilege Line.
The car it's very quiet inside and because of the technology: Active Noise Cancelling.
