Yes. I removed the back section of the belt and have the molle of the butt pack spanning that gap. This may be necessary if your pant size is 40 or smaller.

I use an Eberlestock Multi Lid Pouch on alice keepers for my bushcraft buttpack on my belt. It was the only good option out of everything buttpack related.
