I have an essay thats due in two days which ive procastinated and left to the last minute because of my adhd :( My anxiety levels have been quite high these past few days and ive had this constant knot feeling in my stomach as well as this sensation of my throat closing up and finding it hard to breathe as a result. I decided to look up an emotional release meditation video as i was on the verge of tears and had been bottling up a lot of heavy emotions and knew it was time for a good emotional release session and letting go ritual. i stumbled across your guided breathwork for emotional release just now and decided to give it a go. Ive heard about the power of breathwork and have always found it fascinating but i just never really delved into it. I tried the emotional release video and this one and I am literally lost for words. I feel amazing. I feel recharged, rejunivated and full of positive energy. I feel lighter and i feel like i can actually breathe. The knot in my stomach has gone and I actually feel almost high which i didnt even think was possible!!!! like my head and my brain just feels so much ligher and i have so much more mental clarity now. I burst into tears towards the end of the emotional release video and realised i had been holding onto a lot of stress and tension. Thankyou🤍I feel very connected to this channel and feel like the universe guided me here. Divine timing never fails to amaze me:) The plan was to do some work on the essay after a meditation video but its made me feel kinda sleepy, it is quite late anyway so i think im going to call it a night and get some mental rest and crack on it tomorrow. well done, good for you. incoprorate breathwork and CHAKRA balance work into your routine, you can over come all these health responses to stress. especially throat and solar plexus meditations

Im really appreciative of everything you do. It's been really helping me. I just signed up recently to access your longer content and its been making the biggest difference. At this point, the demon inside me is weak af, he could barely talk to me and this is after years of being sexually tormented by it.
You won't believe this but I do the breathing exercises while watching your videos from morning until night time when I fall asleep. Oh and at the same time working part time delivering. I wouldn't recommend anyone to do it while driving but I have no choice because this is the only way I'm getting my life back. I sent you a comment a while back when I first started watching your videos so here I am a few months later.

It’s supposed to be: exhale first from BELLY, ribs, chest. You always begin in the same order. In reverse, you are using only 1/3 of your capacity, making it less efficient for breathwork and a successful long exhale. I’ve been a breath therapist for 24 years full time now.

I do love aaaall your videos and content! They have changed my life and health a lot, and I'm so grateful a friend of mine introduced me into your work. Just wanted to leave some feedback, which is just my personal opinion and maybe no one else thinks that way. For me the subtitles are a bit of a distraction. Instead of just listening and watching the beautiful scenery you always choose now I'm distracted by the text. I personally would love it without. If people need subtitles, it's very easy to use the subtitle function TH-cam offers. Others than this great video, great editing. Thanks for your being.

Hi hello
I have a question on breathwork. What results are we looking for? If we did it correctly we should experience generally what? Are we supposed to feel like we are going to pass out? Are we supposed to “black out” but really it’s more like “white out” everything goes blank and turns white in the minds eye or idk the whole brain followed by ringing in the ears doesn’t last long but it’s very hard ringing? Is that okay or did we do it wrong? Asking for a friend 😅 jk 😊
