You can add salt to your Greek yogurt and when you strain it it’s called labna in Lebanese and when you want to eat it put some in a plate and add some oil enjoy with bread 🍞
If you always have constant light then keeping it in the fridge is the best, but if you don’t have constant light then storing it in your freezer is the best. For the sweeter I divided the yogurt into two, added one sugar and leave the other one plain
@uchenduesther1724 the essence of adding lemon is to help the yogurt ferment so that you will get your starter culture. You can use either lemon or pepper 🌶️ but I prefer lemon. Yes you can add fruits to your yogurt so as to become fruits yogurt.
Hi babe, I couldn't find the sachet culture anywhere in the market so I tried making the culture like you did then proceeded to make my yogurt but after waiting 12hours it didn't set, it's still liquid...I don't know what went wrong😢. Probably not enough culture or the milk was too hot when I added the culture?

For both the starter and greek yoghurt
Sorry my love I used 1cup of milk for the starter culture and I used 1 and half cup of water
Then for the yogurt itself I used 2mudu of milk and then I used 7cups of water
