I've built systems using C I T's products, couldn't fault the PSU's for the money! So those internals have been ripped from STONE'S older desktop office PCs and placed into the C I T case and matching C I T PSU. Then slapped in the BEAST POWER ANIMAL GT710! As I'm British I'm proud of that build quality. I've deployed STONE PCs in Schools 10 years ago! They were decent at the time.

Using a CIT Blaze case and it is horrible. Would not recommend as the non removable drive tray makes cable management hard and a struggle to fit my RM750x in. Looking forward to when the H510 Flow is available in the UK so I can case swap my PC
Update: Instead I got a Lancool 215. Case swap went well except I either fried my motherboard or my CPU.
Update 2: It was in fact the motherboard. Got a new one (different model because when looking for a new one I heard that my current board had some reliability issues) and it works great now
Remember seeing CIT branded items back in the 90’s and early 2000’s here in Nebraska at the traveling computer hardware sales that were basically flew markets.

Pro tip: Ctrl + Shift + Esc directly opens task manager without having to use the Ctrl + Alt + Del security menu.
Also CCleaner is genuinely useful, if a little oldhead.
If you'd like to ruin your windows installation then yes. Especially when you enable the registry cleaning.
What do you guys use other than CCLEANER?

Gotta say the best part of the purchase has to be the great build quality and peripherals included. Kinda says something that in today’s day and age you can get crazy good performance out of a console in the same or barely a higher price range. Love to see how far tech has come.

The CPU probably has Intel® HD Graphics 2000 which if I understand correctly are way worse than the already horrible GT710

@@Capellix0001 IGPU for this CPU is Intel® HD Graphics 2000. It was marked EOL along with other older IGPU when MS first released Windows 10 back in July 2015. Only provided one driver available via Windows 10 update. Still good for business use but no way would you game or do graphic intense work with it.

Seeing the CPU was nostalgic for me. The i5-2400 was the first processor I had in my first gaming rig rocking a gtx 560 ti with like 8gb of gddr3 ram and a super slow 5400rpm HDD (I had a budget, leave me alone.) I loved that rig so much... I didn't notice how slow it was at loading since I came from console gaming before then!
That's almost exactly my first gaming rig too, only difference is I had an FX 6100 instead of the i5-2400. Was even built in an older version of this CiT case. Several rebuilds later finally replaced the last parts of that old rig with an upgrade to Ryzen last week. Did well for me and even the 560 ti lives on in the kid brother's PC.
Not gonna lie, that monitor at least seems to be pretty decent. Well at least it's definitely much better than my current 4:3 monitor I'm currently using as replacement for my broken laptop screen.
It's the exact monitor I have, a Dell P2014h, which is a 900p 19.5 inch monitor with DVI, VGA, and DP inputs. They were going for around $40 online when I got mine.
That one seems a lot nastier than the one I've got, tho.
I live near a Freegeek store and they sell 1080p monitors for $1 an inch... I wish shipping wasn't so expensive, some places have ridiculous amounts of computer parts just lying around waiting for someone to buy them.
Yeah, it was a much better monitor than I was expecting. These Dell monitors also never die. 😁

ya know, this case is actually a case I use quite often in builds and it gives surprisingly good airflow especially paired with a cooler master side mount cooler and some arctic fans, the Xeon inside never over heats from lack of ventilation

It's got clean wiring cause there is so little there. Impressed it worked out of the box. KB/Mouse/Headset are shite.
Its actually a far better build than the Dell Alienware system he just reviewed.

Well guys, if you ever feel bad, I saw a person selling a gaming PC that had a 10900k, 32gb ram with a gt 710.
I think this make sense: you have a pc that you can do work on, and you can easily get a decent videocard later, if they are finally cbeaper

Not going to lie, the cable management is actually really nice, considering it's age, the 5.25" drive etc. Also yes, I do miss the front panels that open up, was such a blast back in the day. When it says "Professional Power Supply", run.

PS: try use an NVME SSD in that PCI (not PCIe) slot and install Windows on it.
Mobo with a socket for a 2nd gen Intel 99.9999999% isn't gonna support booting from PCI. Itll work as a storage only drive though
@@AnonyMous-lk7zi If my memory is good, I'm pretty sure that you need at least 4th gen AND Z97 chipset. There might be unofficial bios in the wild to add booting from pcie for older chipsets though.

CCleaner = Boomer Disk Defrag, I fucking lost it at that one xD
It might be one of those that leaves ghost icons that you need to reformat the drive, or do some wizardry to remove completely. Bullguard seems to be bundled in with a few more reputable system builders.

You should definitely do that pci to pci-e adapter thing with a 3080 and a gt 1030 just to see if they get the same performance.

I guarantee you the i5 will fight through it and pull off 60 fps if given a GPU that doesn't suffer from arthritis.

CiT are essentially the UK equivalent of DIYPC, they make bottom tier cases with materials that rival cheap toilet paper in thickness

I sleep in the same room as my PC and have it running overnight. It's getting harder and harder to get components without goddamn RGB!
I built my cousin audio production pc. I bought the same ram I had difference was that mine had rgb and the one I bought him didn't (when I was building it the rgb variant was the only one in stock) I essentially just replace it. Even that little shit bother me.
My latest build has no rgb apart of headset (which has usb powered light and no software control so it's easy to disarm the rgb)
Only light inside is white 12v light, nothing else
Pretty much brought a similar monitor recently as a secondary display 😳
Fans look cool ( proof RGB sells)
Painting or adding some vinyl to the optical drive would make the interior look decent

I'm curious what the motherboard identifies as (my guess is they pulled it out of an old Dell Optiplex or something similar). Considering they also sent a Dell office monitor. Seems like they just bought a bunch of old Dell business computers and put them in a "gaming" case.

Whoever built this beast definitely watches this channel. It's like this was a custom PC built for this channel. A GT 7whatever and a DVD drive BUT with dual channel ram and cable management

I’d really like to see a CLX website/pc review. Two of my friends have them and are really happy with them. The SSD failed on both of their PCs though but support was helpful. I’m thinking about going with CLX when I buy a prebuilt in the future

@@marmite2956 It's an Alienware AW2521HF. It only has 1080p but 240 HZ (which is important for shooters). 24"
@@matrox58 I'm planing on upgrading my 60hz monitor. I wanted a 240hz but just felt like there was no point. Ive never seen 240 but have 165 irl, youtubers say things like " you can barely see the difference between 144 and 240". I know alot about tech so it's not like I'm choosing blindly, I only play shooters and osu 90% of the time so I always get over 240fps on my rx 580. Decided I would go for a 1080p 144hz instead so I can save money and buy a better keyboard instead. I don't really care for anything higher than 1080p anyways so there's that also. But yeah u got a nice-ass monitor
@@marmite2956 Let's put it this way, I wanted to try it with 240 Hz. The other question is whether it will really make any difference. And that was actually a relatively cheap model at the time (when I bought it). Other monitors cost over 400 € or more.

That's exactually what my work CAD computer from 7 years ago was, right down to the video card.
"If you've never had a gaming system before and you didn't know video games was a thing before this, this isn't completely unacceptable". As guy whose first PC was an Intel Pentium Pentium E6600 without a GPU and 2GB of RAM Playing League of Legends with it was a breeze, when things get intense i.e. clashes, it just blue screen. Then I got another PC, this time an AMD A8-7600 w/ an R7 240 GPU, played GTA V with it on low settings w/ 25fps avg and I'm completely fine with it as long as it plays the game.
Today I own a Ryzen 5 5600X +16GB Dual memory w/ an RTX 3060 and the difference is night and day.
I absolutely adore the free accessories. Reminds me of stuff I would find at Ross.
You know, specs aside, I really do like the case! I really wouldn't mind doing a personal build in that case.
Please just dont, my sister bought her kids a ryzen 5 3600 + rtx 2060 prebuilt in one of these, they are the shittiest quality cases ive ever seen, no room for cable management and still cost like £50, for £48 i was able to get a corsair 220t from amazon (customer return apparently, it was legit like brand new) and it greatly improved temps n airflow, looks way better too, the included "rgb" fans on them are super shite too, a set of 6 £30 uphere fans from amazon looks way better and has better airflow too

Yes ! I think you should do a video with the same pc but with a better gpu to see how well it performs and even compare it to another pc at the same price point with the gpu. The pc with a 3060 or even 2070 - 2060 .
Damn watching this video brings me back memories gaming on my 730 on gta at 720p but in windowed mode. What I would do is pull up a completely black image so that I wouldn’t see my desktop background. Man the things I did just to play some games
