Too much exercise variety and not enough all at once… Too much variety in the exercise selection-it would be better to chose 1-2 of those movements and focus on loading and progressing to failure on those than 3-4 movements that essentially so the same thing. Needs more variety in the muscle groups involved in the workout. Of course, it greatly depends on the workout split but seems like some tweaks and adjustments would make this a better routine!
Personally I would agree with 2-3 exercises per muscle group, but as long as the total overall volume per muscle, per week, is the same. It doesn't matter if you do 2 exercises, or 10 exercises for one particular muscle.
@@danielm8859he does 11 sets in total per muscle group, so he usually switches between exercises if he doesnt like how they feel. I've seen him do 11 sets of the same exercise just because it felt good. And as you said, 11 sets might be an overkill for small muscles if ur natural but since hes enhanced, he'd recover regardless.
