If you’ve not played it yet, it is truly a next step up - hopefully the first in a new generation of depth, quality and player focused design. It sets a very high bar for others to try and follow.
One can dream
The bond between the actors and actresses for BG3 shows their love for the project
Yep. 💯
We need more games like Baldurs Gate 3. I really really really hope that the big studios will finally listen and learn. We do not want any more starfields etc
Agreed
the roar from the crowd, I fucking love it.
Is this a compilation of all the winners? If it is...HOLY CRAP! TGA should be ASHAMED. Five minutes and forty seven seconds combined for winners but Kojima was allowed to yammer for eight. I guess the priority of the TGA isn't to recognize the best in the industry- it's to suck up to certain people. The actual awards were such an after thought
Technically even less, if you exclude the concert segment I added
@@Saretz OUTRAGEOUS
@@agirlnamedmichael1670 😞
I got emotional watching this because you can tell the blood, sweat, and tears and LOVE that was put into the game and this feels like they got some recognition for their hard work
I know right?
Aw so proud of baldur gate makers the game is just epic and neil is amazing I love Astarion
Haha fuck all those lazy developers saying Larian is over deliver with their games.
Imagine calling someone out for them doing their work ☠
It's sad that overall time of every moment of winner of 6 categories including the most important one is less time than Kojima/Peele talking about nothing
Speedrunning the awards, true gamers
Bethesda did this to themselves they've insisted on watering down their games and now they make the most bland and mediocre games.
Don't get me started on that 😂
@@Saretz I have no hope for es6, it's clear the Bethesda that made morrowind and oblivion is gone.
@@KratosisGod My expectations are extremely low, but I ask myself, how bad can it get?
Like.....they can't make it procedurally generated..right? It's an Elder Scrolls after all...what could go wrong.........
@@Saretz...anybody else just get a chill? Lol.
@@Saretz Its gonna be fallout 4 in a medieval setting mark my words😂

love how you memed todd leather jacket man to hell in this video LMAO
Hehe 😁
This makes me smile every time I watch it
Very glad it does 😊
I can't stop playing this amazing game
It's hard isn't it
It doesn't matter what type of award show it is, when they start playing music louder and louder when the recipient of their award is talking...
Just grinds my gears.
😞
Baldur’s gate 3 is definitely the best game I’ve played. Every award they received was earned I just wish they also won the award for best music/soundtrack.
Hard to win on that one, but I would have liked it too
That was the time for games likes BG 3 and Alan wake 2. ( I 'm so happy for Sam Lake too and his happy dance 😅) but i' m sure , bethesda don't learn EA don't learn, Rockstar don't learn thats sad. So i 'm happy some tresure Companys exist here, they give us good games. 😊
A few lights in the darkness
THEY FRIGGIN DESERVE IT! BEST GAME EVER!
♥
best MYR200 i spent on a whim while bored and high off my meds (conversion rates be wild). everyone who worked on BG3 deserves all the awards :)
I'm not familiar with MYR but I'm glad you ended up not regretting the choice ;)
@@Saretz it's Malaysian ringgit actually!
@@eebee8052 Ohh I see I see, is it a good price over there? Here I think I got it for 50 euro (in early access)
@@Saretz MYR200 is like, 200 bucks. very pricey due to horrid currency value over here. i rarely purchase games, so getting BG3 was a treat for myself after going for years of not gaming, only merely watching playthroughs on youtube from the bench haha
@@eebee8052 Damn, that must suck then :(
I'm now even happier for you that the game turned out great
Like when he lost the power of the tadpole and had to run into the shadows.
Took me a moment to make the connection
GG Larian. Deserved ❤
😊
Congrats, guys. Generational game you have created
See you in 10 years :(
2023 game awards still a robbery for not giving BG3 best music.
Eh, I would have voted BG3 for music personally, but haven't heard the others on list, so can't really comment
"award goes to Baldur's Gate 3", video ends here🙂
Finally larian studio is recognized and knowing that it was about to disappear. LARIAN STUDIO + 99 ALL STATS
Hopefully it will bring to even better games in the future
@@Saretz THANKS for the video!
@@FlavioBelisario5822 you're most welcome!
100% deserved, Last time i enjoyed story telling game so much was with Detroit become human and bg3 was the better meal

Critical Success 🎉
Nat 20 game
This made me teary eyed
❤️
The orchestra part it's so ...activating!
lol
when the flute dude pulled out the bass flute I lost it
He went crazy hard
Most of The succes from BG3 ist that It aint a AAA Title. Now its a Universe Title
Quite the upgrade xD
1:30 What i find hilarious about this is (when i found out about the music cue to to hurry speaker up) the mellow music they used, just fit perfectly with the mood of the speech Neil was giving so they switch to upbeat music at the end there to shut him up, otherwise it'd be like encouraging him to speak more.
twas a mess
@@SaretzSaid, will you upload BAFTA Game Awards moments of BG3 too? It'd be a treat.
@@thangngudxop I've actually been considering it, probably will! Just been a bit busy since I recently started streaming as well
Well done darling ❤ Great job Larian, so proud of you all!!
♥️
Zo mooi dat een vlaamse studio dit heeft gewonnen. Heeft ons permanent op de game map gezet.
Daar ben ik het mee eens!
Larion showed us how it’s done. That’s a high quality product we haven’t seen in a long time. I have never liked DND and this game has shown me what it can be. A masterpiece.
❤
one game made me change my mind about an entire genre of games, BG3 for me is easily not only the game of the year, but the entire decade, this game set the standarts unbeliaveble high
You weren't into RPGs before?
@@Saretz No, i was a more of FPS guy, fortnite, cod, battlefield etc...

My boyfriend and his sister got me the game and it’s the absolute best game ever. I have so many runs and started one on his steam deck 😂. It’s the one game besides sims that makes me excited to turn on my computer. I get giddy thinking about which new dumb thing can I do this time and watch how my party reacts
That's so cute to picture
Love bg3, haven’t played a game so much since Elden ring
Same
The best game ever
❤
This is karma for Bethesda's treatment of Obsidian and New Vegas. Makes it even better that Baulder's Gate originally was made by Black Isles, aka the company that founded Obsidian.
The wheel of fate
5 awards altogether gave them less time than Kojima had while not winning any.
They don't sponsor the show! 🥲
3:10 can confirm. He rlly was goin hard. 💯💯🔥
Right? 😂😂
Baulders Gate 3 truly is a masterpiece
I will be very honest, As much as I love Baldur's Gate 3, I was even more surprised it won the Best Multiplayer award XD!!!
It's fun, but I was surprised of that as well, not because it's bad, but because of the various issues caused by bugs, really didn't expect it
Sure it has bugs, but a Game Style like this using CoOp makes the adventure much more fun and interesting, because you friends can play as an asshole and making more unique and remarkable.
@@ploed of course
I just wanna say:
Sorry Todd. Sometimes ur game doesn't just win.
If trend continues, they'll never XD
first i download crack game and play almost 100 hours, then later i buy it from steam without zero regret, that the best game of the years thanks larian
Well done
