I can't begin to explain how good they were in the 70s, 80s, and most of the 90s. Even old, they still rock, but make no mistake, in their younger years, they were as good as it gets. I'll put their live concerts up against any band back then... ever. I doubt anyone that went to see them back then would disagree. There were quite a few bands like that from those days. Zeppelin, Van Halen, Skynyrd... just to name a few. It was the live concerts that set them apart.

AC/DC played 3 straight nights at River Plate in Dec 2009 to a total of 220,000+ ppl so says their official web site so that’s 73,000+ a night!!!!! Brian Johnson the lead singer was 63, Angus Young the lead guitarist was 55 and the rest of the boys were in their 50’s!!! Legendary is all I can say. These Argentina fans are the best on the planet and they appreciate good hard driving rock and roll. Just look at all the different ages in the crowd. It transcends generations. Unbelievable!! One of the great things about AC/DC playing this gig in their '60's is that their amazing audience is in their '20's and they all know the songs and all the lyrics and are having the time of their lives. It honestly warms my heart and brings a happy tear to my eye to see your reaction and how much fun you were having to a song and band I grew up with.
Bless you for petitioning to keep this music alive. You bring hope in my mind for your generation and those following you.
You are absolutely adorable, much Love from California.
This song is considered one they made later in their recording career, thunderstruck came out in 1990. The band dates back to the 1970s with Bon Scott being the lead singer until his death in 1980. Brian Johnson (featured in this video) became the vocalist later that year and the band recorded the infamous album Back In Black soon after.
That is Angus Young on the lead guitar with his late brother Malcom on rhythm guitar.

AC/DC have something timeless. I'm almost 50 and love them. My daughter's best friend is 9 and loves them. That's a sign of a special band. (As an aside I've spent the last 9 years trying to get my daughter to love rock, but she hates guitars and listens to K-pop😭)

Hello from Australia. Malcolm (Bigger brother) and Angus Lead guitar emigrated to Australia in 1963. Angus was just 10 ten yrs old.
They are loved all over the world.
I have to say this performance is crazy. One of the best concerts ever.

Hi Lovely Lady, AC/DC were formed in Sydney, Australia in 1973 by Scottish born brothers Malcolm and Angus Young, the band were in their 50s and 60s here, they are still going today in 2022 in their 60s and 70s, Thunderstruck is from their 1990 album The Razors Edge and it hit 1 billion views on TH-cam!! 😀 😀 🤘 🤘 🎸 🎸 🎸
Rhythm guitarist in this video was Malcolm Young, who has sadly since passed away, he passed away on November 18th 2017 at the age of 64 due to dementia 🙏 🙏
Here's the current line up :
    Brian Johnson, 74, on vocals
Cliff Williams, 72, on bass guitar
Stevie Young, 65, on rhythm guitar
Phil Rudd, 67, on the drums
Angus Young, 66, on lead guitar
    (He's in the schoolboy outfit)
Rhythm guitarist Stevie Young is the nephew of the late Malcolm Young and Angus Young!! 😀 😀 🤘 🤘 🎸 🎸 🎸
Check out Whole Lotta Rosie from River Plate 2009 as well, it's absolutely amazing!! 😀 😀
    RIP, Malcolm Young, 1953 - 2017 🙏 🙏

4:40 If you pay attention, you will notice that the camera starts to shake. I repeat, it starts to shake.
Which brings me to the next point, in this concert and others, earthquakes measuring 5.4 on the Richter scale began to be recorded, which is why they had to close the stadium to concerts for a time.
Yes friend, you read correctly, the Argentine public began to register artificial earthquakes based on pure passion.

AC/DC is based out of Australia, Angus Young (lead guitar and his brother Malcom Young on Rhythm guitar we’re born in Scotland. The lead vocal in this video is Brian Johnson from Newcastle, UK. The original singer was Bon Scott, also from Scotland; he passed away a few years ago and was replaced by Brian. I love their song “It’s a long way to the top if you want to rock ‘n roll.”

AC/DC's first song released internationally sums up their music quite well. The name of the song? High Voltage of course. AC/DC has continued to play high voltage rock n roll for almost 50 years, and as far as I know they are still touring! I am hoping for at least one or two new albums to be released by AC/DC in the next few years.

You really are adorable. your joy when doing these reviews is infectious. keep up the good work. You make me remember the appreciation i had for some of the music you cover. Ive morphed more into a dance / hiphop guy but i still love me some good metal and rock bands.

I'm in my 60s and it is so cool to watch todays youth get touched by classic rock like AC/DC and all the bands I grew up with. Good music and truly talented musicians never grows old.
I remember my daughter at 12 yoa asked me if I heard a band called Aerosmith? I replied yes, live in concert, and welcome to the journey of finding great bands.
