Sand down the side with the whole pin showing, add some clear resin in a mold so it only sits on the flat part and use that to make the aforementioned clock. Would def make a neat piece for the shop.

Need to find someone with a good band saw that has enough room to fit a ball through it to cut. You can cut it in one cut if you can find one. Sometimes you can find them on marketplace cheap.

Shit I could’ve gave you a wrecker that’s split 3 ways lol. Went through my collection to see what I have a little while back and the first three balls I pulled out were all split. Took one from my bag to take measurements to drill up some new stuff and the next day it split in half. F my luck on bowling balls. Another mvp down lol
was a gb3 pearl i think could be wrong though. Be careful there was that dudes family that sued ebi back in the day for asbestos in the balls making him sick working in the pro shop.
Nah the ball in this video was an old Ebonite GB3 Pearl. We ended up giving the Conspiracy Hybrid to a friend of ours after we shot this video. We'll find an old asymmetric ball that's not useful anymore for part two! Thanks brother! Joe Bowler

Use a spray bottle with water to prevent dust, make the blade not overheat, and cut much faster

I miss drilling my own stuff. Did it at fern bowl for years. I built the pro shop in fern bowl and ten pin lol
What size blade did you use? Also, would a regular size table miter saw work or does it have to be a smaller version like the one you were using?
Now it's a perfect ball for picking up splits:) and the core is now extremely asymmetrical.
