This entire show was gold, from the energy, the setlist and the improvs. Wowww. I saw them in a month after this in Atlanta @ Truist and it was great. This is just ridiculously amazing I’m jealous . Mad props for filming/recording this masterpiece in spectacular quality 🌶 🌶 🌶
i went to the concert in NJ two weeks prior this one and in this one they played Hey and tell me baby as they didt play that in NJ so it was 100 % worth making the trip to this show as well. My seat was nosebleed on this one as the NJ one i was a bit closer but what made this show just as good was that night in particular bad bunny and other conerts were going live arounf Philly that i could clearly see the Philly skyline and there were fireworks going in the background. The NJ one was my first time seeing the peppers and it was very memorable as in that show they started with Cant Stop and this one they started with all around the world as i preferred cant stop !

AK sounds like he's gotten better on live performances. Probably helps that the band appear to be keeping the tempo closer to the albums on a number of songs. Back in a day they used to play Around the World at breakneck speed.
The way John played the last solo on "Hey" was sooooo good. If you know how the final solo goes in the song, then at the beginning of the solo you feel it slowing down cause you expect the guitar to be going a certain pace with the rest of the instruments and then he begins taking breaks and letting the bass and drums fill in the silence. This makes it that you begin to crave the guitar and the solo. Then when you are craving it, John just UNLEASHES and rips into the fucking guitar. What an incredible solo. If you don't know what I'm talking about, go listen to "Hey" specifically the final solo in it, then play the final solo in this live as a comparison. It was AMAZING!

One of the VERY VERY best things about your band is that you take these risks...that you just give us your friggin heart in the moment, that is what makes you the best loving friggin band in the whole world. You give us love...and love is messy anyways.
I was there when I wanted to see Roger waters... Philly didn't realize music wasn't just frat boy music.. And yes. Yelled at. Spit on. Just to see Roger waters in my town. That was few years ago. John. I met flea Anthony blackie.. Chad.. drummer like my dad. Look back and keep the rhythm... I can't stop. But. Where are me and my friends? Bald toothless ... Me and my friends. RHCP
