My door motor runs but engaging with the teeth that open the door. I’ve tried to use the cord and try to reengage and it won’t work.

Along the belt or chain there is a special link that has to be engaged into the motor slider

Hi, I’ve tried doing this as my door won’t open but when I try the settings I get an H popping up on led screen. Any idea what this means?

Not familiar with a H I’m afraid. These aren’t super common

I tried this but when holding the up button to set the open limit the display flashes ‘H’. Do you know what H means please?
