Bugger. OK thankyou. Do you know what remotes will be able to be programmed into this motor? It's an NDIS participant home that requires two remotes for support workers. We only have the original remote but need a second.
my Gliderol Garage Door failed today. It won't open or close. I tried resetting the limit, but the chain is not moving at all. I can see the shaft is turning but the chain is not moving, if moved, it will only move a tiny bit only then it stops. What do think is the problem here? Thanks.
I think between the shaft and the chain rail is a sleeve which is probably plastic being Gliderol and has probably stripped. From memory I think I have repaired one and I just use some epoxy on both sides of the sleeve and reassembled it and never had any issues.. it’s just four screws on top of the motor and the rail comes off. You’ll see.

I lost 1 of my remotes. To avoid someone else get in, how do I delete memory and then setup again?
Haven’t got that on me but the manual should guide you pretty easy
