Awesome video. My roller door is jammed shut and is ballooning when I try to open it manually, it will lift only a couple of inches after a lot of effort. The tension was lost after my brother loosened the bolts on both sides of the roller door to try and fix its stickyness. How do I fix the tension on a closed roller door?

Their weak point now at this stage in their life seems to be the limit switch collar. I see one every month or so that is stripped and no longer retaining its limits.
