You should have asked David about the lack of drummer in the band for such a long time. Though On the recent live shows Ed was missing but there was a drummer - no idea who it was. There was also a female on keyboards.
I saw an interview with Glen Benton of Deicide, and he said one his main influences is Exorcist, I was pretty surprised that Dave DeFeis actually influenced one of the best death metal bands.
If only the Production of this new ones was Not so shitty and he would use real drums, then it would Improve so much. We all know his Voice isnt the Same as it was, but for Studio work, i think its the Produktion that Ruins it more then his Voice, Even through i would wish he would use another style of singing that fits his nowerday Voice better then the Old Style he Sung for so many dacades.
I'm really liking the new songs, despite the production. Aside from the keys, vocals and solos, it doesn't sound like the instruments are actually played by a person. There has to be some sort of instructions saying you're not allowed to ask about this stuff in interviews. It;s the biggest problem people have with the newer material and nobody actually talking to David ever brings it up. That said, I have the new one pre-ordered on vinyl.
One of the greatest vocalists and songwriters in heavy metal! 🤘🏻⚔️
Noble Savage is a masterpiece. David is awesome. Thank you.🔥
Virgin Steele Age Of Consent is one of my most favorite metal power albums of all time it inspires me to keep playing music! 🤘🏽
David is one of the few True Geniuses in Metal history. Thankyou for the great interview!
"The Marriage of Heaven and Hell'' part one and part two are awesome.
Angel of light is one of their best
One of the greatest vocalists in metal that needs to record with a live band, hire an engineer, and let a producer mix albums.
Invictus ❤❤❤
Angel of Light is pure 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
The new songs are amazing, pls come to Dallas 😭
I used to see these guys on long island in the mid 80s

Cheers from Brasil!
