If I already have the Pin & CS can I bypass loading the Immo data and program a dealer key? Also is it a similar process on a 2007 Audi S8 or A8? Thanks
I'm really curious on why the Autel was not able to do adaptation & is it a must to have the OE tool to do this job, bcuz OEM tool's are not cheap😉 What are other way's to go about?
This video shows an all keys lost scenario , in a normal case you will not need to adapt the immobilizer to the car because it will be already mated to the car. So the job would be done. This is different where the car has NO immobilizer and I am adding one.. Adding a used immobilizer requires logging on to Audi to cp unlock to add it to the car, if the original immobilizer was available I would be able to clone it with the autel as I have videos of and would not need to use oem tools..

I was Adding spare key to my Audi A1 2013 (keyless), but it failed & removed original key as well.now I can’t switch on ignition.,tools I have im508 , XP400 pro, (clone VCDS, VCP ), dash (instrument cluster) doesn’t switch on , how to re add original key again to car? Im508 doesn’t read data from cluster, I switched headlights & blinkers on, but it doesn’t communicate with cluster immo data. How to resolve this issue? Can you plz help. Thanks.,

Should first ask Can I make a dealer key without the Immo data loaded with Already having the Pin & CS? Or does it need to be synced?
so to do an AKL via obd all i gotta do is select akl via obd from the menu, then make dealer key, and program?
When you cutting the key you choose 9th bit cutting
Or regular cut
