I just love the languages of Taiwan and I wanna learn all of them before I die lmao (there’s 16 distinct aboriginal groups).

"The song's melodic and talking vocals in English are provided by Angel X (Andreas Harde), and a short talking vocal by Sandra ("That's not the beginning of the end, that's the return to yourself, the return to innocence"), while an Amis chant ("Weeding and Paddyfield Song No. 1") is repeated, which opens the song. Difang and Igay Duana, from the Amis, were in a cultural exchange program in Paris in 1988 when their performance of the song was recorded by the Maison des Cultures du Monde and later distributed on CD. The producer of Enigma, Michael Cretu, later obtained the CD and proceeded to sample it. In addition, the drum beat of the song was sampled from the Led Zeppelin song "When the Levee Breaks", played by John Bonham."
Thanks to this video I made the realization that the "ami" in "amihan" or northeast monsoon in the philippines, as well as "amianan" north in Ilocano, and "aminhan" north in Hiligaynon are connected 🙏🙏🙏

Well, as a person from North East India (who are predominantly mongoloid and tribal), i can say that some Naga tribes like Ao Naga also believe that there ancestors also came out of the stone. 1:41
This makes me give an idea to create a writing system for Taiwan Aboriginal languages 😊 It should be Chinese inspired (Despite Tagalog, Jawa, and Sundanese is indian inspired)

Amis means "sweetness" in Sundanese language
It is Pagkatam-is in Cebuano language but the base word is "tam-is", this just show that lots of us had cognates even we are far.
