Everyone looks at me in my political science classes like if I’m sort of an outsider, I don’t belong here, and I’m a racist. A lot of my classmates seem to be Marxist and support Bernie Sanders, and I’m pretty sure they get their news from invalid sources off Instagram lol THESE ARE SUPPOSED TO BE COLLEGE EDUCATED PEOPLE. Manhole Eunuchsbane Well, I would say that the fact that weapons are extremely common in my area is at least partially responsible for an extremely low crime rate. I often don’t lock my doors or my car and leave the keys in the ignition. I have absolutely no worry about walking at night, and from what I have been told by ladies in my life, neither do they.
Also, I have personally used weapons to kill rabid animals and otherwise dangerous animals that were a threat to myself, my family and my animals.
Within my lifetime, there have been 4 murders within 50 miles of my home, and all 4 were committed with knives.
So I’d say that my experiences with firearms have been pretty positive.
