We have lots of electric fences here in Australia and actually have one around our property which helps keep the animals in and the kangaroos out. One word of advice from personal experience, don't accidentally urinate against one! It makes your eyes water! Loving your videos
Oh Adrian, THANK YOU for that magnificent aurora borealis ... and the sunrise, even though they made me cry! Next September in Norway for sure! Susan from Canada
I’m so glad you enjoyed that, Susan. It was quite an experience to see them in person. I hope you make the trip to this beautiful country next year! (even though Canada is another place full of breathtaking spots!). Thanks for watching 🙏
Increíble. En 1 mes pasaré 3 meses trabajando en Bodo y ver esto es una fuente de inspiración para buscar un huequito y pasar el tiempo que pueda fotografiando Lofoten. Es maravilloso el trabajo que haces
Adrian, another outstanding video, thank you. It takes a lot of energy and work to make videos by yourself. You never cut corners. The intelligence, integrity, and quality of your work are very very high. Thank you.
Thanks Robert! Absolutely, there are places that are just not a good fit for my style, but they are still beautiful. And you never know! There might be an image I wasn’t expecting to make! It wasn’t the case this time but oh well 😊
I live in Norway, but way further south were we don’t have majestic mountains. You’re kinda making me want to go see more of my country. Great shots and video!
Hi, Eirik! You live in a beautiful country, the coast all the way from Holm to Senja is so beautiful. You should definitely check it out if you have the chance. Thanks for watching!
So beautiful ! One of your very best videos. I am very grateful that you share it. You make people feeling good, relaxed and inspired. Thank you, sincerely.
Thank you, Jean-Christophe! That’s awesome to hear, I hope the videos make somebody’s day just slightly better, and why not, inspire them to get out there and explore. Thanks for watching!
My new favorite photographer to watch. Love the images and the videos. Something raw and honest with your photography that inspires me to get out. Thank you for all your work.
Your pictures of that little church encapsulates so much of this place. So many died from necessity, chasing a great wealth of fish. Many more were never found. In the North we have always been held as somewhat blasphemous by those who took scripture too literally, because Nature is so much Greater than those stories. The church looks so tiny in front of the mountain. Also because of sayings like "God is Mighty, but three men in a six-oar boat is right up there!".
Thank you for that, Steffen. Nature makes me feel that way, especially at places like Lofoten. You feel so small yet part of something much bigger. To stand in awe in front of a majestic mountain or a breathtaking fjord, that’s my definition of divine 😊 thanks for watching!
Fantastic. As I'm sure my vertigo would stop me getting up there even if I ever visited the area, it was great to experience it through your video. Love your stills also. Thanks
Haha, hiking in Norway comes with “climbing” some pretty steep cliffs. The good thing about this hike in particular is that you don’t get that exposure until the very end, so you can just take a look and get out. Thanks for watching the video!
Espectacular!
Love, love, love your photography here. I adore the image of the horse so originally framed - I'm sorry you got a shock though. Thank you for sharing your experiences with us all. Beautiful.
@@aows - Thank you so much Adrian. I 'save up' your videos - the way you present your photography and your beautiful, atmospheric images, are superb. I love to 'relish' them. Thank you again, Adrian. 😊
Thank you for your videos and in particular for documenting your trip to Norway. You inspired me to make my own trip to Senja last week which was awesome - I am grateful.
Thank you, Marcus, glad you liked it! I have a DJI Mini 2. It’s pretty great for the size (and $$$). Not as stable if it gets windy, footage could be a bit smoother, but really I have nothing to complain about.
@@aows The DJI certainly created some spectacular footage and being small I am guessing you're more likely to have it with you. Look forward to seeing more of your ongoing adventures.
Yup! It’s small and light so it doesn’t feel like a burden. Also, it’s relatively cheap, compared to the other models at least, so I won’t feel that bad if I ever lose it on a crash 😅 thank you!
Have really enjoyed this series of videos and generally what you create. I like that you often shoot wide open, in b&w, often square, not too many ultra wide angles and your videos are more like short movies. Hope your new camera is helping you realize your photography and films even more. One of my favorite images is by the water looking up some stone steps with mountains behind. 👍🏻👏🏻
Wow … that was spectacular!! Well done. I’ve always enjoyed B&W but I must say I’m warming up to the square format. I’m sure you’ve covered this elsewhere but do you shoot square images or do you apply this crop in post? The Northern Lights footage is amazing … thanks so much for this brilliant video!!
Thank you, glad you liked it! I have a video about how to make square images th-cam.com/video/SUdY9LFvVE0/w-d-xo.html But yes, I do have to crop because I shoot RAW and that gives me the full sensor, which is 3:2. Some cameras include the original crop info in the metadata, so it might show up already cropped in your editing software.
The more watch and re-watch this video, the more your shots are pure poetry.....thanks
Breath taking and spiritual. You reinforce that photography is about recording life experiences. Thank you!!
It really is. Thank you for watching, Ted!
The very best photography channel by the very best youtube photographer...
Thank you so much! I really appreciate it

Oh god I never thought about that haha, that’d be bad, thanks for the tip 😁 thank you for watching my videos, Scott!
This channel is so underrated. Love your content.
Thank you, Hector! I appreciate it 🙏
Wow. That series of images was incredible.

Love this series. Also, really inspirational that you went all the way up to the top just to experience it, not to make photos.
Thanks Robert! Absolutely, there are places that are just not a good fit for my style, but they are still beautiful. And you never know! There might be an image I wasn’t expecting to make! It wasn’t the case this time but oh well 😊
Absolutely stunning images again, that one with the church against the mountain emphasizes the scale really well. Good job Adrian.
