Do you have any tips for photographing from such a vantage point? The issue I have is that going wide angle to capture the whole scene would result in the houses looking like dots on the photograph not to mention that the mountains looks small.

800-1000 people a day?! Wow! I was there 14 years ago on a beautiful summer day. The path up was hard to recognize and I didn’t meet a single person during my entire hike. It was like exploring the wild. The difference to today? Social media wasn’t much around back in 2006. Although your videos will increase the number of tourists even further, thank you for sharing your experiences. They are very interesting, helpful and just beautiful to look at. I have watched many of your uploads and my photography has benefitted a great deal.
Great video . You drone shots are superb. My prefered is the panorama style photo taken with your drone from the sea lookin back at all there is to view. Absolutely superb with magical colours....
Wow, thank you for this beautiful video and those Photos, I visited the Lofoten Islands two times in winter (Hurtigruten) and one time in summer (10 days sun around the clock). Both, winter and summer were amazing ... and I love these islands. I enjoyed your great video very much.

Excellent stuff. We are travelling to Lofoten in September, so thanks for the tips on the best time for photographing Reine regarding light. I´ve done lots of landscape photography over the years and dawn is almost always the best for the light, irrespective of whether there is a sunrise. You can return to the same view every day for a year and it will never look the same. And this is why we do this :)

I love the shots, the non-drone shots too. At least looking on my TV, the large size of the pictures mean that the whole scene is shown off well and you make a great use of the foreground. Just inspirational!
Epic footage and great drone photography. Incredible how much more opportunities we get with that tool. Worth the effort, the time and money spent ? Good question ! It all depends of our goal. Hiking, enjoying a nice view, or creating great photos ...

To be honest the only thing you needed to be on par with the prior drone footage imo is slight cloud coverage but other than that the shots were fantastic. That as you definitely know is the hard part about this realm of hobby/job as some of us partake in we cannot control the weather. Still great video and content. You inspire many of us especially newbies like I am. Thank you
Absolutely gorgeous! Yeah, we are at mother nature’s mercy for conditions (unless you have the time to hang out until conditions are “perfect” - whatever that is 😄). That drone footage is just amazing, astounding, rapturous 😮. Drone rules? So, in conclusion, outstanding!
I understand you might be a trifle disappointed with conditions on the day - just a miniscule amount - but can I say how much I enjoyed your recce for next time? There are so many curves and relationships to be found from those views, I'm sure you'll knock some out of the park on another visit. And what light in some of those drone images!

WOW almost at a loss for words. Those drone images are spectacular especially the last pano (12:34?). My eyes were transfixed by all of them. And YES for climbing all those stairs...
