Drove out of my way to get the 2023 8S in white and blue when they hit the stores in the USA. Loving it still a little over a year later with absolutely no issues. Akrapovic exhaust and tune made this really good bike even better.
Two rides in one video, that yellow 8R with the M4 exhaust sounds awesome. I would prefer the 8S for a few reasons, less fairing and more wind, easier access to parts for maintenance, and just the overall look.

Well Raymond I have to agree with you the naked on is more appealing to me. Just add a crash bar, incase it falls over 😊. I have a feeing that both these bikes may exceed the speed limits😮, but I'm sure yiu would never encourage are do that, right 😅

Personally I'd go with the 8R as the naked S has that beak that just looks a little out of place to me. Swap the colorways though I like the blue! A local guy has a GSX8R in that same yellow with an exhaust and let me tell you that bike looks REAL nice and sounds MEAN! Suzuki hit it out of the park with that one! After 2500mi. on my 8S I couldn't confirm the 35mpg when ridden hard but ridden in normal traffic and freeway conditions with a little hard riding all my mileage has fallen in the 57 - 62mpg range.
2:56 heck yes we got the gsxr 1000cc 2025 coming back street legal i hope they continue to make these here in USA street legal same with r1 and hope to god we get the r6 back 🤞🏼🤞🏼
Oh i would bet they will come out with a R6, Kawasaki and Suzuki are cleaning up right now- I tell you what. If I was going to bet on any company right now, it would be Kawasaki!! There dedication to motorcycles is like no other- in my opinion.
@@RayBowdenRides exactly I agree with you 💯 honestly my next 600 will be Kawasaki zx6r and my first 1000 will be gsxr. It just sucks we don’t have an r6 anymore it doesn’t feel right. Some Yamaha rep told me that some R9 thing will replace the r6 if not a redesigned r6 I have been looking to buy an r6 but people are just over pricing them why I said nope ninja I’ll get plus it’s the better bike.
@@zrx4me1 a Yamaha rep told me they plan to re introduce the R6 here in USA because of high demand or full replacement to the r6 maybe that r9 but he said they plan to make the r6 again. So I am so confused
@milesfarley2831 When you change the pipe usually you loose Hp but gain sound , to truly get the benefit you really need to flash it because alot of times the bike is to lean because of no back pressure. But you do not have to flash it if you don't want to it will just be lean. Does that make sense?? Go on TH-cam and look up moore mafia and watch some of his videos. I'm here to help if you have more questions!!

8R is a no brainer compared to ninja 650. I have ridden both and 8R feels smoother and quicker. Ninja feels 1 tier below. Only if you're on a super tighter budget go for ninja 650.

I bought one this season, 6000 miles so far. Amazing. The best sounding aftermarket exhaust is the TOCE exhaust. Very very mean sounding. I love it.
