    Thanks for your video, you could also include things, like the right nutrition and stretching/massaging your muscles, but active recovery is a very important point 👍

    Can I ask, why don't you do a straight 10 x 100m with a short recovery?
    This will be better for fitness as the heart rate will be higher, but the intensity can remain the same. You could build up to 10 x 100 over time.
