    ***in my best Phoebe Buffey Accent***
    This is entirely new information!!!!
    I spend a lot of time in the Far Eastern, Eastern and Northern lakes as i use public transport and the links from Penrith are great, I practically have a season ticket for the 508, but a walking trail from Penrith to Pooley Bridge is news to me. I'm gonna check that out deffo. What was the link trail like?
    I was up in Patterdale earlier this week for a wildcamp that didnt go to plan. thankfully i always have escape routes in mind.

      Yeah the Eamont Way is pretty much brand new, and I had no idea about it at the time & was one of the first to hike it! 😂
      It’s a great trail in my opinion, I really did enjoy it, despite it being very muddy after heavy springtime rainfall, but that’s a given for UK countryside 😁 it’s something like 5.5 miles, so is doable in 2-3 hours I reckon. I think it took me 2

    Wow. Loved this. I literally spent this afternoon curled up on my sofa drinking a coffee or two watching this. A friend and myself camped in Glenridding many years ago. And we did the Helvellyn fell walk and Stridinge edge. A stunning part of the world as captured beautifully in your video. And I really appreciate you taking about mental health issues. I also have clinically diagnosed anxiety and it really does help do much when others talk about it. Thank you for that. And I absolutely love your narration. You are so full of awe and wonder. Its fantastic. Really uplifting.

    Thank you for another wonderful video, this time a great trip in the Lake District! Don't worry about the train bit at the end...ppl always take the reserved seats, not always on purpose either, we learned this riding up in Scotland. How kind of the local who got you to the train in time. Cheers again from Canada, keep up the great work.❤

      Glad you enjoyed it, and yeah my seat’s been taken before and I’ve been fine with it, but for some reason this time it just upset me 😭 not sure if it was exhaustion, stress, not wanting to leave the lakes, hormones or something else. And I’m soooo grateful to that friendly local, I don’t know what I would’ve done otherwise!

    Technical you couldn't ask them to get out of your seat, could you? Not been on too many trains but have got them from Liverpool to Runcorn, and liverpool to Wales and have reserved a seat a few times and the t&c said that the seat isn't guaranteed and someone may be using it. I read the t&c because the reserved seat cost the same and I wondered why, turned out that was the reason. But if it's different for the train you was on and you paid more for that seat then I would of said something to them, and I have really bad social anxiety

    • @Orenjen
      @Orenjen  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yeah I think at the time I was too shy, usually I don’t think I’d have an issue politely asking but for some reason, whether that be the stress of the bus not showing and nearly missing the train, or leaving a trail that I’d miss, or whatever reason, I was too shy and just sat down in the only other available seat & figured it was too late to say anything after that 😂 tbh I think I was a little hormonal at the time too if you know what I mean 😅
