Replacement Of Mercruiser Power Trim Pump that had been under water

This is the replacement of a power trim pump that failed due to being under water. We replaced the complete trim pump assembly with a used one since is was more cost effective than attempting to repair the old one. When the pump failed they were unable to raise the drive at the lake so they twisted off the lines to get it up. The trim system was flushed with 4 quarts if trim oil to get the water out of the system Also replacement of the damaged lines were needed.
