I just wanted to tell you that I really like your channel. You seem like such a sweet person and kind hearted and thoughtful. Many blessings to you and yours this Christmas season.
Hello, I would love to be able to take credit for the snow falling still softly in the background but that wasn't me but it did add to the ambiance I feel like so thank you. Thanks for watching I hope that you will continue to watch in 2023. Merry Christmas! Colleen
I can’t wait to get started on these recipes, I’ve never had sugar cookie OR gingerbread, and I’m really intrigued by the latter, as I love gingerbread! Thanks for sharing easy to replicate recipes, these will save my energy, I’m currently dealing with a Fibromyalgia flare up, and the worst part is the joint pain and fatigue. I don’t mention it for sympathy, but to express why a simple method with a great outcome is such a blessing!
Hello Valerie, I know exactly how debilitating Fibromyalgia flares can be so I'm happy that you feel like you will be able to use these recipes. Merry Christmas 🎄
Hi Coleen The 1st 2 recipes are new to me but interesting So thank you for easy & yummy I like the rocky road one So thanks for these recipes Who doesn’t like fudge 🤔👍💕
Love your videos, colleen! So glad you name the weight of the tins and packages you use as it really really helps people like me from other countries folloe your recipes..plus when the camera is so close it distorts the size of the products you use like for instance what looks like half a gallon container of condensed milk( exaggerating here 😊) turns out to be 400g or something! I wish other youtubers would follow your lead..... cannot tell you how helpful it is..should pull in a wider audience for you too hopefully!. You seem so much more easy in front of the camera too..love watching your progress. Keep going colleen, you doing good! ❤
Hi, I would call it short cut fudge or semi home maid! With all the other things to be done for the holidays, it is the thought that counts?! And in the long run true old-fashioned fudge is more costly! Sad that very few people can tell the difference?! I like your type of shows if, I fall behind! I would not have a clue to make something like this?! We have always made old-fashioned type! So, Thank-You! God-Bless!
So festive watching the snow falling out your window. I’ve watched all your videos and feel like we’re friends. Feel free to send me a care package of all your tasty treats! 🤣 I will be making some of these as well for my holiday get togethers!
New subscriber 😊. Everything looks delicious 😋. I surely appreciate you writing everything under your video. That extra step is another reason, why I had to subscribe. Making is AWESOME, when shopping for the ingredients. Thank you again, 💘 it !
I while I was filming i didn't even notice the snow falling but many of my viewers did. It only snowed for a little while and then stopped. We have about 2 inches, which is hardly anything for us here. Cheers, Colleen
I am enjoying your videos so much! I really enjoy cooking and learning new recipes. I love your kitchen and just the way you explain things. Until next time... Donna from Manchester, Tennessee.
Hi again from Tennessee! These recipes look so good and so easy! I've never had the gingerbread or sugar cookie fudge, but I'm definitely going to try them. Thank you so very much for sharing. Also, thanks again for taking time to put your full recipes in the description box. Blessings to you & yours.
Your welcome, as long as the recipe is my own I will always add it and if its not mine I link to the original poster. Thanks for your comments, I love to read them. Cheers, Colleen
All the fudge looks great, I love that it is fast! I really like the idea of the paper towel on top to get rid of extra butter! Love your video’s, watch you almost every day, thank you!
I see it’s snowing at your home, this might be the only snow I see this year. Love your new recipe ideas, I’m always looking for new treats. On the second recipe, maybe measure & blend your spices and dry ingredients together before you add to the melted chocolates. I like the way you can work, stir and put the ingredients in the pan, etc, while talking, you don’t stop at each step and tell a story about it. Yes these are quick!
Hello Cindy I'm glad that you found these recipes to be of interest to you and I hope that you will continue to follow along to see what I'm up to next. Take care. Colleen
I enjoyed both your pie crust and fudge videos. The pie crust was really helpful ty, I could see the snow coming down in your window I barely have any atm . Don't miss it either lol will get ours soon take care
My Goodness,Dear Lady. You are so sweet to post more recipes.I will definitely will be using these recipes also. I need quick candy recipes for sure.Good Holidays to you and your family. Blessings~Janet
Hi, I’m 65 and my grama used to make an old fashioned fudge that was hard. I love that fudge so much better than the softer fudge. Would you happen to have a recipe for that kind? I am so sad I never had her recipe. It was choc fudge but she did make maple walnut too. Great video. Thanks 🇨🇦❄️
Thank you for the recipes. I will be making our neighbors gifts in the next couple weeks and the rocky road and the gingerbread fudge will be great additions to the cranberry orange bread, the Amish apple fritter bread and the pumpkin pie with whipped cream moonshine. Merry Christmas!
Hi Mrs Colleen 🙋🏼♀️ Ive just started watching your videos and if this is "cheating" then ima be a big ol cheater by Christmas lol Ive never heard of sugar cookie fudge or gingerbread fudge or had rocky road fudge so im excited to try all of these! I dont have a candy thermometer so ive never challenged myself to make the really good fudge.. ive tried the peanutbutter and vanilla frostin melted and mixed together but these still look so easy and they alk look so good! What kind of vanilla do you use? Ive never seen a bottle that size and the bigger bottles i have seen the names are totally unknown to me or very low on the totem pole on google .. its very expensive for a small bottle in ky (im guessing prolly everwhere) so it also limits how much baking i do and how much i "try" to do. Thanks so much for sharing your "cheat sheet" in the dooblie doo below lol.. im pretty excited to try these out soon. We have a gbb (grandbaby) coming anyday now so these are so possible to do for her mommy! *the reason i tried the pb & vanilla frosting mix* Thanks so much again! Take care and stay warm... that snow looks beautiful but cold! 🙋🏼♀️❤
Hello Bridgett, thank you for watching all these videos and congratulations on the impending arrival of your grand baby. I hope everything goes well for mom and baby. The vanilla is just an artifical vanilla. I believe it's the store brand. I try to use ingredients that are available to everyone. Best wishes, Colleen
The gingerbread fudge looks decadent. I’m going to make it for a party tomorrow night and am thinking I might crush some gingersnaps and sprinkle on tape before refrigerating.
@@oursilvermoments6028 It was really good and I got lots of compliments on it. The crushed ginger snaps on top provided a nice contrast to the creamy texture of the fudge.
You said your not really making fudge, but I’ve tried all of these and I have another quick fudge recipe. Now this is NOT for those allergic to peanuts and you are one, so maybe instead of peanutbutter you can use Nutella which is Hazelnuts…. So you take your jar of peanutbutter or Nutella, one container of CREAM CHEESE icing, and one thing( bar) of cream cheese. Melt your peanutbutter to loosen it nicely from your jar and I use a scraping spatula so I get it all into a large bowl( MICROWAVE SAFE) then the cream cheese icing, scrape it all out, then your cream cheese, once you have all 3 ingredients in bowl, pop into micro I do 30 second intervals, you just wanna melt the cream cheese and icing so that you can incorporate both into your peanutbutter/ Nutella once cream cheese and icing are melted enough to stir, give that bicep a workout and stir, stir, stir, until all 3 ingredients are well mixed together, pour your mixture into an 8x8 lined pan….. I like to crush some toffee ahead of time and sprinkle that over my peanutbutter fudge, but these are great recipes for when you just don’t have the time to make old fashion fudge. I make both types of fudges, quick and longer way. This is fudge, you nailed it, it’s just a shortcut for those of us who just don’t have enough hours in our days🥰🎄HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE!
Oh my gosh this sounds like another winner that could go onto a list of sweets that you use from one year to the next. Thanks so much for sharing this with all of us! Happy Holidays!!
The only suggestion I have would be to use a wooden spoon to mix everything together. The metal spoons on the glass bowls I found annoying But, I loved the recipes 🌲🌲
I just wanted to tell you that I really like your channel. You seem like such a sweet person and kind hearted and thoughtful. Many blessings to you and yours this Christmas season.

Eating the raw dough (or batter!) is the best part! My craving for a sweet is already satisfied by the time the cookies are done… LOL
And that is true of so many! It seems that snitching bits of dough is even better than eating rhe cookies. Who doesn't love to lick the beater?
Thank you so much for taking the time to write ✍️ out your awesome recipes in the DISCRIPTION BOX AWESOME

These look good and unique! Also , I think u may have set me up with my first check book back in the days of Pioneer bank😊
Hello Terry, these are good and unique. Thanks for watching. Cheers, Colleen
Wonderful! How would I store them? Do they need to stay in touch the fridge?
Hello patience, yes I stored them in plastic containers in the refrigerator I think they would dry up too much otherwise. Colleen
Whenever I made it the old way it was hit or miss if it came out grainy. This looks so much easier!
So true, I've made many batches of fudge that came out grainy but I've never had it happen this way.
I love your coffee pot
The gingerbread fudge looks decadent. I’m going to make it for a party tomorrow night and am thinking I might crush some gingersnaps and sprinkle on tape before refrigerating.
How did the fudge turn out Kimberly? I love the idea of the crushed gingersnaps.

Is your regular fudge the same as rocky road except without the marshmallows?
Yes, without the pecans and marshmallows.
Hi Colleen
I see heavy snow through your window.
Hello, we managed to jat catch q little flurry. Less than 2 inches fell but thats a great eye you have :)
Those look so delicious. I miss the days when a package of chips was 2 cups 🤣
Isn't that the truth, the same with chocolate bars and wagon wheels.
👍🏼❤️🤗
Thank you for watching!
You can put a towel under your dish cuts on the noise and prepare the spices before so liquide Don t set up so late
You are right Claire, I just have to be a little more organized. Cheers, Colleen
So fast!
I know!
The only suggestion I have would be to use a wooden spoon to mix everything together. The metal spoons on the glass bowls I found annoying But, I loved the recipes 🌲🌲
Thanks for the tip! Sometimes I get busy and forget to pay attention to the small things. Cheers, Colleen
Great recipes however why do you not use a spatula to clear the bowls. What a waste of fudge
expensive way of doing it
It is expensive for sure but a time-saver for those who are short on time. Thanks for watching!
That tapping was so rude!
It certainly wasn't intended to be rude! Best wishes Ginny.
