Gunship Cavalry is the worst level in the game

Bounty Hunter pursuit for me is the worst level, I mean its so dark you cant even see anything and its repetitive. A close second would be Dagobah, man does that level drag on.

World Patriot i use an old TV for my Wii U so i can’t adjust the brightness. And it auto adjusts. So i can see lasers and that’s it

Bounty Hunter Pursuit was never included the PS2 version of the game.
I think the Grievous level is based off the final area, where Obi-Wan and grievous end up and where Obi-Wan shoots him until his head explodes. In the movie, the fight starts indoors surrounded by droids but Grievous gets on the rolly vehicle thing and Obi gets on his lizard boy and there's a whole chase where they end up on a platform like we see in the game. I do agree that it should be low on the list, but not because of inaccuracy, it's just an underwhelming level

Yep, originally the level was supposed to have the Boga chase part. Hence why the level is so short.

The pod race is such a fun level in my opinion... i know I'm probably alone on this but I love it.
i liked it but there was a lot of good levels in the game so the only really worst levels are the ones right at the bottom of the ranking

Personally my favourite level is Darth Vader and I can't wait to see how they upgrade and put in more emotion to the it because as it is it's a fun and challenging level with a lot of times events and having to fight your co-op partner at the end is awesome.

Bounty Hunter Pursuit is confusing and I don't like the level or design
I got to say all the flying levels are so boring to me. Which is why the flying is my favorite part in lego tfa.
really flying is good in that one can't wait then xd il probs be making vids on lego tfa just before skywalker saga comes out
I couldnt figure the platforming thing in the ruin of the jedi for months back then. Oh and btw, General Grievous level is so empty because they pretty much cut 90% of it. It actually looked like in the movie and had you chasing Grievous on that lizard. Check gamehut channel. He is an ex TT games dev and has a bunch of videos showing the stuff that never made it to the final game.
Gotta have podracing level last, if not near bottom, purely for the motion sickness it induces for me. Love the theory and variety of it, but my gosh it is painful.

My list (Best to worst):
#1 Mos Espa Pod Race (I found this one to be the most unique out of all of the levels in the game. It is a racing level, and as a fan of racing games, I really love this level. The original version sucks, but the Complete Saga version is awesome.)
#2 Betrayal Over Bespin (A very memorable level. It contains lots of combat, and I can't think of another level that lets you build C-3PO and then use him afterwards. I have no idea why, but this level was just fun to play on. This level is also the most broken, I found a TON of glitches in this level which only makes it more entertaining. The music that played when no enemies are around was also very relaxing.)
#3 Mos Eisley Spaceport - (Many nice secrets to uncover in this level, including a theater and a hot tub.)
#4 Escape from Echo Base (Just like #3 on my list, many secrets. There's even a room where you could grapple to the ceiling and then go outdoors. I also love the ending cutscene where Leia slaps Han after he kisses her, how romantic. However, the level is a bit more tedious than #3 on my list.)
#5 Escape From Naboo (The level looks great and makes great use of the grappling.)
#6 Dagobah (A very underrated level and also one of my childhood favorites. The spooky atmosphere is great and really makes the level stand out from all the others. Exploring Yoda's hut is also kind of cool and Yoda even has his own drivable tractor. There's even an Indiana-Jones-style section of the level with falling pillars that you have to jump across to get a minikit. I can see why people hate on it though, it does drag on a bit too long and I personally hated the mushroom section of the level.)
#7 Secret Plans (The first level of LSWII: The Original Trilogy, and also the first level of Episode IV. A pretty fun level with some neat secrets like a drivable van in a flower room.)
#8 Discovery On Kamino (Because it has the awesome dance room and stuff.)
#9 Droid Factory (Loved this level as a kid, running on a conveyor belt and riding giant bucket thingys was fun.)
#10 Defense of Kashyyk (Hate on me all you want, I liked this level. Sure, it is a bit TOO long, but still fun. There are a ton of huge battles, and I like how the time of day changes as you progress through the level, giving the level a ton of variety that many other levels lack. There are also some falling boulders on one section.)
#11 Through the Jundland Wastes (I mostly liked the end part of the level because driving the Landspeeder was fun, and the Sandcrawler sections of the level because there are some buildable robots, a secret TV, and tons of clever puzzles. Not a bad level, but it is a little tedious in some areas. Building was a pain because of them DARN Tusken Raiders! They are very annoying.)
#12 Darth Vader (This level is DIFFICULT! But it has the iconic high ground scene and you can fight your own friend in a boss battle if you are playing co-op, so how can you not like it?)
#13 Rescue the Princess (Don't ya wanna love it, kids? Love these Beach Troopers in a hot tub? Oh yeah baby.)
#14 Ruin of the Jedi (I didn't find the level to be that long. It was an enjoyable level that I certainly would go back to.)
#15 Jedi Battle (It's a huge battle and you have to free your friends from the clutches of the giant mobs of enemies. Certainly a unique one.)
#16 Battle of Endor (It's good fun, and there is some fun to be had with venturing through the Ewok village, but the level is just way too long. Seriously, it takes 15 minutes to beat this level. But hey, Yoda's tractor returns.)
#17 Battle Over Coruscant (You can get all minikits in this level without even having to go back to it in freeplay.)
#18 Speeder Chase (One of the better ship levels in the game. Actually, it's a mix between an on-foot level and a ship level. Unlike most ship levels, this one isn't too tedious, so there isn't much to worry about.)
#19 Jedi Destiny (Pretty good, but when you get shocked, you have to swap to your teammate, but sometimes he won't be there, so you just have to take the damage. Also, fighting the red Emperor Guards is a pain in the butt.)
#20 Count Dooku (It's a boss fight against Dooku, what do you expect? I like the DS version of the level better because in that version there's a hidden slot machine thingy that will give you a red brick.)
#21 Cloud City Trap (I found the boss fights to be very tedious. Attack Darth Vader a few times, swap to R2-D2, activate a panel, attack him again, repeat. But it's still a decent, well-designed level, not gonna lie.)
#22 Negotiations (The first level in the game, done pretty well.)
#23 Invasion of Naboo (It's OK. Nothing more to say.)
#24 Darth Maul (Intense.)
#25 General Grievous (Not a bad level, but certainly not the best. I found the level's platforming a bit tedious. But everything else was fine.)
#26 The Great Pit of Carkoon (I liked the Disco part of the level, and the level was based on a memorable scene from the film, and we even got to play as LEGO Slave Leia which is one of the hottest video game characters of all time. But there are still better levels in the game.)
#27 Retake Theed Palace (Basically Escape from Naboo, but not as fun and much more longer.)
#28 Falcon Flight (Not bad, but still not that memorable. Not a fan of the ship levels in this game, so yeah.)
#29 Jabba's Palace (I hate battling the Gammorean Guards, and the level drags. I am also not a fan of the Rancor fight. But I do like how you can build radios and then the Gammorean Guards will dance to it.)
#30 Escape From the Death Star (The puzzles are tedious and the level is way too long. Not as fun as the Rescue the Princess level. At least that level had the hot tub.)
#31 Into the Death Star (The escape part was cool but the level is not that fun.)
#32 Rebel Attack (Nothing more to say, not that fun.)
#33 Chancellor in Peril (An absolutely FORGETTABLE level. In fact, I almost forgot the name of this level when making this list. It's just not that fun of a level.)
#34 Bounty Hunter Pursuit (Forgettable, and it is a boring level. Frustrating too, because it is hard to see what's ahead of you even if you adjust the camera. The only plus: the level looks decent.)
#35 Hoth Battle (Sure, it is from an iconic scene from the movie, but this level still SUCKS. It requires way too much backtracking, and it is very irritating when your bomb blows up because you accidentally crashed into an enemy.)
#36 Gunship Cavalry (The worst level in the game hands down. Just like the Hoth Battle, you have to drag bombs around again. This time though, it's a nightmare. There are lasers everywhere which makes the level even more tedious. And that's only the fixed version. The original version is way more frustrating because if you die you have to restart that section.)

As much as I love this game it does have a lot of level design flaws. I would say mainly with the boss levels and vehicle levels; they always seemed tedious and sometimes repetitive but it’s definitely gotten better with the newer games and I’m excited to see the way they do certain levels in Skywalker Saga.
The battle of hoth will be SO MUCH fun!

I think dagobah is the worst level. I hate the darth vader fight. Its just annoying when he jumpes away all the time. Other than that the level just feels annoying
to me, it was a mediocre level just kind of forgettable with the bad level being Ruin of the Jedi
I think I would rank almost all the vehicles levels below even the worst ground levels. Tt hadn't learned how to make them interesting yet, and they range from repetitive to annoying.
Discovery on kamino should be higher :( but great list!

Gunship Cavalry and Hoth Battle are definitely my least favourite. I don't mind the other flying levels, but having to grapple bombs and drag them around is never fun.
Pod Racing is an absolute classic, and it's the level I'm most excited to see updated in TSS. I want to see what Tt Games can do with it.

I have to place gunship Calvary as bottom 3 or 5 as the entire level is beyond frustrating and too tightly packed. It’s the only level that gives me a genuine sense of dread.

I completely agree with the General Grievous level. I remember playing it as a kid and wondering whereabouts this was in the movie because it looks nothing like Utapau.

For me, the original version of Gunship Cavalry is the worst level. Not the normal version, but the original version from LSW1 and the bonus level in TCS. The thing that people hate about Gunship Cavalry isn’t the actual level, they hate the original “Space Invaders” version.
honestly, from doing 100% on this game where you have to beat every level at least four times. the hoth levels where the absolute worse, especially the blue minikit one, they drained the fun out of the game for me!

I think the 5 levels TPM for LSWTSS should be this
Episode 1, negotiations, Naboo, tatooine, and Naboo battle split into 2 parts
An interesting thing to note about the Grievous level is that originally episodes were meant to have 7 levels each (with Anakin's Flight being cut from TPM and the asteroid field chase from AOTC), and the Grievous fight was meant to be split into two levels, one covering the chase and the other the actual fight. Also, it's purely speculation from now on, but I wonder if the Jedi Temple level being so short couldn't be a result of it being a last minute addition due to them not being able to complete a Palpatine arrest level in time, as that scene was reshot multiple times.

I’ve always loved the puzzle levels, like the Death Star echo base, and through the Junland wastes
I think they should keep the flight mechanics from Lego Star Wars the force awakens. It in my opinion made the flight and space levels much more interesting and fun than the past games. The camera angle is also much better in the force awakens but I think they should completely remove the proton bombs and only have them in levels that they actually use proton bombs in the movies e.g destroying the Death Star and starkiller base. I really do hope they make flying in the Skywalker Saga much more fun and more like the force awakens than the complete saga. I also hope they make the battle of hoth Level much more fun than in the complete saga because I think the addition of those proton bombs you have to roll into walls ruined the pacing of the level and made it in my opinion one of the worst levels in the game and that makes me sad because the battle of hoth was one of the best Star Wars battles I’ve seen
I hated Hoth Battle. You have to take the bomb tow all the way to the metal at the end and enemies are everywhere trying to destroy it and pull it toward them.
All the flying levels make me nauseous but I do agree that the design looks beautiful

Dagobah has to be my most hated level
The shittiest levels in my opinion are Jedi Battle and that one level in Episode 3 where you play as Yoda & Chewbacca. Jedi Battle is boring, short and annoying to hunt down the Battle Droids while enemies cover the screen and constantly kill you. Plus, the boss fight is reused from and earlier level, and it kinda sucks anyway. The execute Order 66 level is very long, boring and has a section similar to Jedi Battle, where you must run across a beach while Clone Troopers and Battle Droids constantly spawn, which can allow you to easily die many times. This level can feel like its going on forever at times, I hate this level so much.
I also hate the two spaceship levels in Complete Saga's Episode 2. Especially the new one they added. I hate how they changed the other spaceship level to not make it a sidescroller anymore, and they also added the bomb to the mix, which is very annoying to move around and blow stuff up when the level layout was not designed with the bomb in mind, due to it being added in Complete Saga.
I also really don't like the spaceship level in Episode 5, the one with the Millennium Falcon.
Another level that went on for way too long and was actually frustrating to me and my friend was the speeder chase level in Episode 6, holy God, that level was a pile of ass.
The grevious fight is set on the platform that is in the movie when grevious is killed

I didn't like the first portion of the Darth Maul fight. You would have to hold down block and wait to deflect blaster bolts right back to the droids, which could take forever.
You're supposed to hit the attack button right before it hits you to deflect

Even tho I would rate every flying level at worst haha. Just started playing lego star wars again (childhood memories) and its actually surprisingly still fun.
I have trauma from Gunship Calvary. That level took WAY too long on every play-through and the bombs were so frustrating.

in the genral grievous bossfight it's when they've finished chasing eachother and get to the platorm outside and obi wan and genral grievous don't have any lightsabers
The space battles aren’t as bad as the ground vehicle but nothing compares to the trama from gunship Calvary
My favs are:
Maul,Dooku,Grevious,Palpatine bossfight levels (I just love bossfights in this game the most idk why)
When it comes to "normal" levels I'd say I like those levels the most:
Episode I: Negotiations
Episode II: Droid Factory (I just love this level for some weird reason) or Geonosian Arena (becouse I get to play as Windu my fav Jedi :>)
Episode III: Either battle over Coursant (my fav flying level) or Darth Vader (becouse of the final fight)
Episode IV: I'd say this level on the death star I don't remember it's name however I really like it.
Episode V: Level on Bespin where we fight Vader. This damn music is stuck in my head since childhood lmao
Episode VI: Level where we fight Boba Fett. I only like this level and Palpatine battle in this episode :/
Gunship Calvary is soo bad and annoying
I love the complete saga, but I always find most of the vehicle levels annoying. The one that stands out to me the most is the one in the empire strikes back where you pilot an x-wing fighter on hoth. It was always so annoying to maneuver around as you couldn’t hit the walls without taking damage, and whenever you died, you drop a bunch of your coins and it’s really hard to fly around to collect them back. Easily the worst level for in the game, in my opinion.
I actually ragequited and deleted the game at ruin of the jedi when I was doing the parcours lol. A lot of people might disagree, but this is one of my least favourite Lego games.
Ruin of the jedi was so bad, even worse than the ship levels
My second least favorite is hoth battle im surprised you put it so high
The fact that you put Negotiations and Darth Maul so low disturbs me... also same with Discovery on Kamino

Betrayal Over Bespin is #1 for me
ruin of the jedi is terrible in freeplay if you are not using stud multipliers you literally need too get like every stud and restart if you die once

Why can’t people pronounce General Grievous properly? People always pronounce it as General Grievious. Why tho.
Why wasn't the Hoth Battle level lower? I hate its bomb mechanics and it's too easy to die. When I first played the level, it made me avoid vehicle levels like the plague.
Karlis Povisils or the episode 2 gunship gunner level
Gunship Cavalry had less of an impact, though because it was much later in the episode and is a little more tame with the bombs.
But I fate those lasers for me Hoth is easer in my opinion
@@batron1184 I put gunship cavalry higher up mostly because of how annoying the level was and because I was playing co-op with a friend it made it hilarious though if I was playing the level alone it would be much lower.

Imo escape from naboo and retake theed palace might be the most boring for me that's just my opinion though

I think there was an outdoor area in the original episode 3 grievous fight too
Honestly I think gunship cavalry was way less annoying than the original than the remake. The original wasn't great but it was just kind of a generic rail shooter with some laser obstacles that was clearly designed for you to keep going straight, and as long as you're patient and stay back so you don't get surrounded by enemies, it's not hard at all, not even the last part. With the new one they literally just took the layout and made it a worse hot battle, which was already an annoying level, as they reused the annoying bomb section in a level with huge gaps and obnoxious lasers which you can't shoot to turn off, it's just so poorly made and frustrating.
