With the exchange rate of dollars to rupees one can get a good deal on some cool locks. I will order a few disc detainer locks as soon as I can.

FINALLY got back in stock and got mine today. Still exactly as described in this video, sadly (I was hoping they’d have added a “zeroing” bar). Still. Zeroed with a plain handled city rake, found an old 40mm Hampton and got her picked with this baby almost immediately. Freakin awesome. No wiggle; tight tolerance. Comfortable feel. Comes with a couple extra set screws, a wrench for said set screws, and a spare center pick. That’s it. I recommend finding a good broad tensioner to zero the locks for this kit. There is room for it in the case 👍🏼
I really like this design, and the fact that the body of the pick is hollow all the way down means this is customizable with different tips, just need the right end, the right nose, and the right diameter wire. :) Good job Sparrows, and thanks Bill and Harry for effectively donating this to the lock sport community.

I'm impressed you posted the price. Thank you. $45 ($51 shipped to usa, $69.38 to the other side of Canada) is expensive for a hobbiest, but it's a custom tool, not cheap junk. It does look better than the one I made and the cheap one I bought, that didn't come with assembly tools or spare parts or a fancy case. I'll probably buy one eventually, because I see the value in it. To be fair, I only own 2 locks I can use this tool on and both are the cheapest ones I could find, so that's why I'm not rushing to buy it.

I think I have an idea for a small improvement: If I recall correctly different DD locks need different depths to reach the first disc -> Insert the pick too far and you get the 2nd disc and more. Would it be possible (or even useful) to add a adjustable sleeve to the tip to make a variable stop position? Add threads to the whole round part of the tip and add a fitting screw plus a piece of tubing with the same threads on the inside to the set. The screw would be there to lock the tube where you want it by counter-screwing tube and screw (dunno how to describe this in Egnlish properly but I hope you get the idea).
Great looking pick, the only problem if I got one would be getting a lock to match!, The only DD locks I have is clear and the one that's a half circle, so it won't work so good if at all.

Recently bought one, guess they couldn't be bothered to keep up the production quality, the handle you say here was loose so you asked them to change it wobbles around on mine and the blade on the end of the wire is razor thin, really difficult to catch the discs. Don't get me wrong, I can pick with it but I have an easier time with a cheap Chinese one that cost a quarter of the price. does look nice in the bench though.
Now, where is our MultiBillion-Superhero, that actually tries and buys one of these for 1Mio$ ? I really want to know how Sparrows would react. :D Super happy that it's finally out and looking forward to get one of these for less than a million.

FalconerPhoto Those clear plastic locks are pretty much trash. They may work once, then they break and are worthless.

No bike lock was safe before the quarantine and this pick so....? No bike thief wants to spend more than 15 seconds to chop lock.
They'd have just used bolt cutters.
If you are worried about this tool then use a Abloy protec 2 for now....
