Gordon hands down the biggest influencer who single handed by watching all his videos and paying attention taught me how to cook. Yeah the Memes are funny, the atomic schizophrenic camera man is funny, can’t see the atomic molecules is funny, but teaching how to be a better cook than eating can food well that’s priceless. Yea for sure. I started watching HK cause I found that pretty entertaining then I came across his uk fword series and that was life changing for me. Gordon's passion got me to cook and the fword series was his best

Pasta made with eggs cooks faster, is healthier, and tastes better.

French commis always shout, "Oui chef!" each time they're given instructions. And the team is called a brigade. I did the service at a château in Pomerol and the chef came out at the end of the evening and was cheered by the guests. It's super intense and shattering but really impressive to watch the brigade in action. We were running back and forth between the kitchen and the two groups of guests. Crazy night. I left at 3am and the chef was preparing the croissants for the next day.

I use to watch my nona make pasta the exact same way. Except without the the blender. She would try and circle flour around the egg and close it in, than roll.
I was surprised he didn’t ad a lemon zest to that dish to help cut through the richness of the mushrooms and oil. He does that more often than not
Hey making pasta is just like making pizza dough for the restaurant I used to work at. I might have to try it out. I was one of the only couple people that knew how to make the dough and sauce so when we were crazy busy I would get to go downstairs and make extra dough while everyone else got destroyed by pizzas upstairs haha.
