I dont follow martial arts really at all besides every once in a while watching random highlights on yt, but they must be doing better cuz even I have seen multiple times that he's headlining the ONE event against one of those other young grappler brothers next weekend in Denver (i think it was denver, need to be served the ad one more time, haha)

Haha... you guys should try an actual finnish sauna, which is usually not below 100C (200+F).Iit is not uncommon to go to 120C - that is 250F! Quite normal in Germany actually, also going into sauna fully naked, mixed gender too, and then taking a ice cold bath...

Any study you bring up I can find a counter example. So in order to find out whose studies are correct you’d literally have to spend all of your time deep diving researching each study. Like most people who don’t critique studies for a living you read the title of a study or someone else’s interpretation and claim the science is on your side. Extremely dishonest. Our reaction to Covid was way over the top. The fatality rate was extremely low. People who understood health knew that Covid was not a big deal. The vaccine was unnecessary for healthy people. All the average person needed to do was boost their immune system and live a healthy common sense lifestyle. Lockdowns were stupid since most of us were going to catch it at some point and lead to alot of unnecessary lockdown caused deaths.

I was raised eating a lot of eggs, bacon, steak, milk, pork chops, light vegetables, and light fruit etc and feel the cleanest, clearest, strongest, and most energetic when I eat a keto style diet… when I eat processed foods, lots of veggies, sugar and carbs I blow up like a balloon and feel like shit!!!
