I've gained so much experience and confidence, even as an already confident guy. I cant wait to see what my life is going to be like a year from now. That whole bit about satisfaction with your diet. So freaking true. I've never been truly happy with a diet until what I'm doing now and it's so much better. I'm not eating 2 pizzas a night, but I'm much more consistent with what I'm doing than any diet before.
I make pizza for years now and his stretch and shaping techniques need work. But he's so right about getting quality ingredients. His pizza looked great in the end and the best thing he loves it. Making pizza can be therapeutic. Really like his energy and enthusiasm since I saw him on Joe Rogan.

On top of that he’s a champ and can break anyone who wants walk up on a nerd with glasses.
