man i LOVE this video....amazing song! sad and amazing lyrics...love it too much!! and now i know the whole meaning of the video, thanks! AND WAY TO GO SENSES FAIL! =D I WILL ALWAYS BE A FAN!
so many time the I don't listening to this band! and I was forget how is so great. this music is so.. I don't know.. ME! is all about me. this band is perfect.
hilarious when people say they had no idea what the song was about till they saw the video. video was a fans idea btw, was a competition. awesome video.
U should never give up on life. there is always a solution , you just have to be strong and an optimist. Death is never the solution. The world is big and there are ppl who care. U just have to have patiens and keep your chin up. And for those who cut themselves, that is just sick. It does not give anything. Its all in your head. I know it myself lol. U just have to be positive. Even in the worst of situations. Even when u dont see a way out. Peace and love : )
Buddy Nielsen writes amazing lyrics. The emotion shown about suicide and dealing with depression is amazing. Suicide doesn't make you a weak or bad person, noone should ever want to hurt themslves but if you feel like it's all you have left then it's their personal choice. Before you call someone who cuts themselves or commits suicide weak, think of what they might be going through. The whole album, Still Searching. Is amazing.
This video's story in its entirety is better than just skipping to this song. I can't even listen to this song anymore without listening to the entire story which is "All the Best Cowboys Have Daddy Issues" then it goes to "Negative Space" and finally to this song. Amazing story if you look at it that way otherwise you don't understand the true extent to this song in my opinion.
"A man bends down and says, "Son we're gonna get through this one take my hand and let us pray." I scream, "Please get the fuck away." i love that part!
all the best cowboys have daddy issues negative space and the priest and the matador tell one story the first talks about before he jumps off the building negative space represants the slowing of time as he is falling and the priest and the matador is after he hits the pavement or at least thats what i got from it great band and a great song
This is the final song of a three song story, All the Best Cowboys Have Daddy Issues is him going up, Negative Space is him falling, and this is him dying. This song puts a shiver down my spine because he says from "the bow of William Tell" and "I hear them start to state the time of death is half past six". If you look at your watch at 6:15 it looks like a bow
A man bends down and says, "Son, we're going to get through this one take my hand and let us pray..." I scream, "Please get the fuck away." best part of the song
@14nickygirl14 ya its pretty annoying but you can press the button that looks like a speech bubble to turn off the annotation (its on the bottom right) :)
@Adriat1c Yeah i agree with you...they did some contest where who ever won got to write the script or somethin like that...i wish they would have done a video starting with all the best cowboys, negative space, and then the preist and the matador.
Here I lie, I'm staring at Clouds and shapes of dogs and cats I hear a woman, start to yell "Oh dear God, I think he fell" I'm the arrow shot straight to hell From the bow of William Tell My body lies kissing the ground Like a cross turned upside down A priest is rushing to my side Begins to read me, my last rites Father, you're too late, my faith is weak So won't you save your half-hearted speech I'm the arrow shot straight to hell From the bow of William Tell My body lies kissing the ground Like a cross turned upside down A man bends down and says "Son, we're going to get through this one Take my hand and let us pray" I scream, "Please get the fuck away" I'm the arrow shot straight to hell From the bow of William Tell My body lies kissing the ground Like a cross turned upside down The ambulance is singing As cops push back the crowd I start to take my last breath As blood pours out my mouth The medics walk in my way I think this could be it I hear 'em start to state The time of death is half past six I'm the arrow shot straight to hell I'm the arrow shot straight to hell
@shayde1993 i completely agree with you i sometimes think about it but it is only because my emotions i truly feel them but we sometimes cant help it because sometimes we think that is the only to protect us from more heartbreak
@skylarhazel648: I must agree, that is very true. It's ironic, don't you think, that the people that say suicide is selfish are, themselves, speaking from a purely selfish perspective? The vast majority of them have never really experienced pain and have no concept of what real pain feels like.
I've seen them 3 times and haven't been disappointed yet!

Starts to cry...:/
Essa banda é FODA!
Ameeen dude!!
Here I lie, I'm staring at
Clouds and shapes of dogs and cats
I hear a woman, start to yell
"Oh dear God, I think he fell"
I'm the arrow shot straight to hell
From the bow of William Tell
My body lies kissing the ground
Like a cross turned upside down
A priest is rushing to my side
Begins to read me, my last rites
Father, you're too late, my faith is weak
So won't you save your half-hearted speech
I'm the arrow shot straight to hell
From the bow of William Tell
My body lies kissing the ground
Like a cross turned upside down
A man bends down and says
"Son, we're going to get through this one
Take my hand and let us pray"
I scream, "Please get the fuck away"
I'm the arrow shot straight to hell
From the bow of William Tell
My body lies kissing the ground
Like a cross turned upside down
The ambulance is singing
As cops push back the crowd
I start to take my last breath
As blood pours out my mouth
The medics walk in my way
I think this could be it
I hear 'em start to state
The time of death is half past six
I'm the arrow shot straight to hell
I'm the arrow shot straight to hell
@shayde1993 Your words are beautiful. You truly understand. Thank you.
all the best cowboys have daddy issues... well, i LOVE the lead-up to the jump.
i want to play guitar and all i be doing is playing senses fail and this song
Dedicated to Mario Rodriguez , my friend commited suicide last week. 1982-2009
there was so much just raw emotion in this album.....I just dont feel that with their last 2 albums.
It's not only that he just wants to die, and doesn't want anyone to care
@failfan1 You forgot about Every Day Is A Struggle =P
@shayde1993 i completely agree with you i sometimes think about it but it is only because my emotions i truly feel them but we sometimes cant help it because sometimes we think that is the only to protect us from more heartbreak
this is the fucking saddest song ever...or at least one of them i love it so much
@skylarhazel648: I must agree, that is very true. It's ironic, don't you think, that the people that say suicide is selfish are, themselves, speaking from a purely selfish perspective? The vast majority of them have never really experienced pain and have no concept of what real pain feels like.
@failuresnotflat exactly, its about how strong your willing to be
