    I get so excited when you release a new video! Be it desserts, savory treats, drinks, whatever: I have to watch ASAP because not only are your recipes great (I've already made several of them and you never let me down) but your videos are an absolute pleasure to watch. .       타공시트와 팬 사이에 열풍 순환을 해서 그런지 좀 더 균일하고 바삭하게 구워지고 수축도 덜 한것 같습니다!

    혹시, 몇절 몇회 하시는지 하고 휴지는 냉장에서만 하시는지 아니면 냉동도 이용하시는지 궁금합니다. 휴지 시간도 부탁드립니다

      4절 3절 1회 하고, 휴지는 0도 보관합니다.
      휴지는 그때그때 다르긴 합니다! 계절에 따라 조금씩 차이가 있고, 또 최종 성형전에는 1시간 이상 휴지는 안시킵니다!

      기계마다 조금 차이가 있을수 있는데, 저는 폴린 라미누아를 쓰고있고, 2,3사이에서 2회 반복합니다!
