    I've just started school and I'm working part-time.
    I said I'd master the croissant and upload it in the last video.
    I'm not a master, but to some extent.
    I thought it came out well, so I thought I could do it.
    That's why I uploaded it as a video. :-)
    I hurt my left hand, so I put on gloves.
    I think I'm going to upload a video focusing on baking.
    Because it's fun to edit a video of baking. 🤷‍♀️

    "Pain au chocolat" recipe.
    [ Material Ingredients ]
    Bread flour 260g of strong flour
    sugar sugar sugar sugar 25g
    butter (saltless) unsalted butter 10g
    5g of salt salt
    Instant East 3g
    150g of water water
    ----------------------
    125g of butter block for charging
    [ How to make ]

    1. Put the rest of the ingredients except butter, and while making the dough, put the butter in and knead. (Until the dough is opened thinly and stretched to a certain extent until the surface becomes smooth. )
    2. Spread the dough wide to prevent air from flowing, then refrigerate it in the refrigerator for at least 8 to 15 hours.

    1. Let stand at room temperature for about 1 hour, then slide to 15x15cm, then refrigerate.
    2. Remove 15-20 minutes before putting between doughs.

    1. Push the finished dough to 15x30cm, add the rechargeable butter, and suture.
    2. Push the dough to about 48-50cn, cut off the ends, shake off the excess powder and do a four-layered fold.
    3. Frozen Trash 10-15 Minutes
    4. Push the dough out of the freezer to about 40cm, then do a triple fold.
    5. 10-15 minutes of frozen tissue
    6. Make about 18x40cm and cut into 8cm intervals.
    7. Put the stick chocolate in between the doughs, turn it around, add one more, and finish.
    Roll it up to.
    8. Sprinkle water with a sprayer and ferment it between 22 and 26 degrees for 3 to 4 hours.
    9. When fermentation is complete, apply egg water and bake 180 degrees 18 minutes.
