Yep, just tried this. My first time making pork belly. Came out perfect. Really easy to follow instructions and pretty much fail proof. Only difference was the second cooking stage I put it in for 25-30 as opposed to 30-35mins
    Thumbs up to this channel👍👍

I have the challenge to do this. I've seen tons of videos, yours looks the easiest.
    I'll twist some things tho:
    1. The seasoning.
    2. The first round looks ok 20mints 200F. The second round 400F will do, but I will try less time or check the thing after 20mints because 30-35mints seems too long...
Either way, you recipe won my ❤, keep it up!

I ended up making two portions last night to experiment. First one following your recipe and second one I parboiled and let sit in the fridge for two days to dry out and the results we're practically the same! My guest and I could not distinguish a difference in texture or taste between the two methods so I think your recipe is the winner! No need to do the extra drying steps when the air fryer will do it for you. The only advantage I saw when boiling first is that the skin is MUCH easier to poke at. But with your method a sharp knife did the trick for me. Thanks relle for this recipe it's going in my rotation now

I am so pleased that I finally bought an air fryer - and especially pleased that I paid attention to the positive reviews of other users, and decided on this one th-cam.com/users/postUgkxD4Qeo-HRLxMfom_PDinM_SBfes00qJsB . It is just perfect for the two of us, and takes up very little space on my small countertop. I roasted salmon filets for dinner tonight and they were the best ever - slightly crispy on the outside but moist inside. Best of all, no smelly kitchen or difficult clean-up. My only complaint would be the lack of even a few printed recipes to get started. My generation does not find it easy to access the QR code and use the smart phone app. I bought a recipe book instead, which gave me the confidence to experiment.
