    I have taken this session after my 25 km endurance run… though a couple of days after my event . It helps me rejuvenate every time I do it . Wonderful restoration. 👍

    Just recovered from covid and was not in mood for exercise when I saw this video and practiced it....mind blowing..after the work out I was fresh and very energetic.Loved it... continue some more of these when intense work out is difficult to do

    Expect the Unexpected. Had a stressed muscles after my personal best century ride and sat and long run on sunday felt so tired. Let's decide to relax.     Hi Rashmi, is it okay to do yoga at night? I’ve heard that yoga is only effective only in the morning.

      There's nothing about it being more effective or not. But it's best to do it on an empty stomach in the morning.
