Very nice work chefs, looks delicious. Place looks very sanitary & clean which i appreciate. In Kentucky, we butcher hogs in early winter, & hang the hams in a smokehouse packed in curing salt, with a smoldering small wood fire going every day, come spring they will be dried & delicious, & can be sliced for sandwiches, we use unsalted butter as the ham is salty even after rinsing the outer salt off. It is called country ham as it is normally made in rural, country areas, i wish you could try some.

I'm from NYC and never seen a deli sandwich with that much butter! They use olive oil here for the baguette sandwiches here, but not that much meat.

I dont know what to say... I am fram Spain and this its... "normal" for me. I mean, in this country, in any public bar you go, you can have this, or other like this.
Im not sure how call on english, google translator do not help, but this its called "bocadillo" or "bocata" here, on Spain. I know a famous restaurant where you can order a super big "bocadillo", i try it for fisrt time this year (before COVID...) and its really big... I just ask for the "half", and i even can reserve it for mealtime, literally you can ask for reserve it. The restaurant its call "La Pascuala".

Bocadillo is great too, but jambon beurre is a simpler sandwich. Canonically, it’s just a baguette, ham, and butter.

No, Korea loves pork.
Koreans are predominantly Buddhist and Christian, along with some people who practice Shingyo, the traditional folk religion.
Buddhism frowns upon meat consumption in general, but doesn’t outright restrict anything.
Among Christians, Catholic practice only restricts meat (not counting seafood) on certain holidays, like Good Friday. I don’t recall most Protestants follow that tradition. Orthodox doesn’t have a big presence in Korea.
And Shingyo doesn’t really have any dietary restrictions.
