    여기 소금빵 진짜 존맛임. 일주일에 10개씩 사먹어요. 전자렌지 20초만 돌려 먹으면 진짜 폭신하고 쫄깃하더라구요

    안좋은데 이 빵집은 빵먹으면 속이편하고

      Ah, thats why😂 Thats a good trick though. So, if we proofing the dough in proofing box with more warm temperature, the butter will melt while the dough still raw, so when its bake it wont create the hollow inside.
      But, if we want to achieve the hollow in baked saltbread, we should allow the bread dough to rise/proof without warm temperature so the butter wont melt before the baking process.

    여기 빵 진짜 맛있어요!!! 동네에 있어서 먹어봤는데 가격도 착하고 빵 진짜 쫀득하고 맛있음 ㅠ 그리고 많이 먹어도 더부룩하지않고 아토피가 있어서 빵같은거 잘 못먹는데 여기 빵은 많이 먹어도 아토피 안올라옴 ㅎㅎ 강추👍👍

    와 저렇게 정성스레 맛있게 만드시는데 저렴하네요.. 진짜 맛집들이 합리적인 가격에 팔고 오히려 겉멋만든 가게들이 비싸게 받는 거 같아요

      이렇게 받으면.. 진짜 빵값올리기 힘든데.. 이곳이 정말 싸게 받는거예요. 이곳도 많이 남아서 싸게 파는거 아니고 저렴하게 드리고싶은 사장님의 좋은마음과 적게 남지만 많이 팔아서 매출을 내는거예요.
      자신의 노동력 .재료비상승.무시못합니다. 게다가 배달로 하면 배달비며 업체서 떼어가는게 40프로이상이고 광고까지 넣으면 더 나갑니다.
      배달업체 상위에있는 가게들.. 손님들이 클릭할때마다 몇백원씩 나가는거 모르시죠? ㅜ ㅠ
      진짜 빵하나 팔아서 남는거없어요..
      작은카페 월매출2000인데 100에서 200남아요..ㅋ
      소금빵 한판 만드는데 적게는3시간 많게는5시간 걸립니다. 한판 몇개안되요. 5~10개남짓. 작은가게,작은오븐 기준으로요..
      소비자가 자신의 입장만 생각하는건 어찌보면 당연하지만..
      컴퓨터 앞에 앉아서 일한다고 컴퓨터 사용 전기료만 월급으로 받나요?
      노동력, 자신이 쓴 시간, 교통비 기타등등.. 이모든것들을 종합해 월급을 받습니다.
      빵도 밀가루값만 받나요? 버터값만 받나요? (참고로 최상급 버터는 무지 비쌉니다. )
      저렴한것을 쓸수록 가격은 내려갈수있어요.(저렴하다고 나쁜것은 아닙니다. 가성비가 좋다고 표현하겠습니다.)
      새벽부터 나와서 5~6시간 영업준비로 빵을 굽고 일하는 중간에도 만들고 굽고.
      . .
      네 저는 개당 3000원 받습니다. 5시간걸려서 10개~20개를 만들었는데 6만원을 채 벌기힘듭니다.. 😢
      이노동력에 대한 대가입니다. 겉멋이라 표현하지 말아주세요. 😢
