The central Asian Muslims with their Calvary could easily overrun Indian armies because of no new innovation and slowness of army, plus despite having huge population these Indian kings could only recruit Kshetriyas as soldiers which further limited them which led to invasion of India by Muslims. The great armies that Alexander feared were slow archaeology of the past by the time Muslims invaded from the north, all thanks to brahmins and their stupid association with caste system which severely limited the power of Indian kings. If Indian kings could mobilise all their people instead of just a specific caste if people as soldiers or if Indian kings could educate all their population like China did (which would lead to more military innovation), no way the Central Asians could have conquered India.
In from a brahmin community. I have a cousin who scored under 500 rank in CET and she didnt get an MBBS seat. Their family couldn't afford payment seat. They had a neighbour who is SC and got 15,000 rank and got free MBBS seat. And that neighbour was rich too living in a 5 bedroom mansion. Merit seats should be given based on family income and rank holding. Shes a software engineer working for Siemens (medical imaging engineering team) in Germany and is doing excellent now. But she always wanted to be a doctor. Imagine what a good doctor our society missed. Till today she feels sad she didnt get under 100 rank.
Just imagine the mental health of millions sc/st people who are facing discrimination everyday. Atleast she is doing something but somewhere in a corner people are not getting a chance to compete. I am happy for her .

I know this is a bit out of context, but people need to be united for the sake of country. People especially in AP, Karnataka and some places in South-India vote for the leaders of their caste. We are not choosing a life partner, but choosing a representative of the whole region. I am a Brahmin by birth due to these 'caste system' whereas I have no knowledge in Vedas and no one in my extended family studied Vedas therefore According to Varna System I am a Shudra as I am not a Vaishya (Businessman) or a Police/Army/Politician (Kshatriya). I am a Shudra who is a vegetarian.

In that 3-4% were only from northeast and Himalayan regions who are Hindus (brahmins and kshtriyas), xristians and little muzlims. While remaining ST people in India are xristians, Hindus or Sarnas. "अष्टापाद्यं तु शूद्रस्य स्तेये भवति किल्बिषम्। षोडशैव तु वैश्यस्य द्वात्रिंशत्क्षत्रियस्य च॥ ब्राह्मणस्य चतुःषष्टिः पूर्णं वापि शतं भवेत्। द्विगुणा वा चतुःषष्टिस्तद्दोषगुणविद्धि सः॥" (अध्याय 8, श्लोक संख्या 337/338) . अर्थात्, "चोरी जैसा कर्म करने पर राजा को चाहिए कि वह शूद्र को उस वस्तु के मूल्य का आठ गुना, वैश्य को सोलह गुना, क्षत्रिय को बत्तीस गुना अर्थदण्ड दे। ब्राह्मण को चौसठ गुना या पूरा सौ गुना दण्ड दे। जो चोरी आदि कृत्यों के बारे में जितना ज्यादा जानता हो, उसे उतने भाग में दण्ड दे, किन्तु ब्राह्मण के विवेकी होने के कारण उसे सौ गुना दण्ड दे।" . इस श्लोक के अनुसार, 'अच्छाई बुराई' के भेद और 'उचित-अनुचित' के निर्णय की शक्ति सम्बन्धी जिसका जितना ज्ञान है, वह क्रमशः ब्राह्मण, क्षत्रिय, वैश्य और शूद्र हैं। इससे साबित होता है कि अपराध के विषय में और आपराधिक पापबोध के बारे में कम ज्ञान रखने वालों को मनुस्मृति के अनुसार सबसे कम दण्ड की व्यवस्था की गई थी। शूद्र को 'दण्ड विधान' में आरक्षण सम्बन्धी ऐसा अद्भुत उल्लेख विश्व के किसी भी अन्य ग्रंथ में नहीं मिलता है। . The great armies that Alexander feared were slow archaeology of the past by the time Muslims invaded from the north, all thanks to brahmins and their stupid association with caste system which severely limited the power of Indian kings. If Indian kings could mobilise all their people instead of just a specific caste if people as soldiers or if Indian kings could educate all their population like China did (which would lead to more military innovation), no way the Central Asians could have conquered India.

In from a brahmin community. I have a cousin who scored under 500 rank in CET and she didnt get an MBBS seat. Their family couldn't afford payment seat. They had a neighbour who is SC and got 15,000 rank and got free MBBS seat. And that neighbour was rich too living in a 5 bedroom mansion. Merit seats should be given based on family income and rank holding.
Shes a software engineer working for Siemens (medical imaging engineering team) in Germany and is doing excellent now. But she always wanted to be a doctor. Imagine what a good doctor our society missed. Till today she feels sad she didnt get under 100 rank.
Just imagine the mental health of millions sc/st people who are facing discrimination everyday. Atleast she is doing something but somewhere in a corner people are not getting a chance to compete. I am happy for her .

A must needed video for this matter to be discussed in the mainstream media. A country can't become superpower where there is discrimination. In your another comment you said SC-ST are curse. Dude, there are around 11-12% of ST. In that 3-4% were only from northeast and Himalayan regions who are Hindus (brahmins and kshtriyas), xristians and little muzlims. While remaining ST people in India are xristians, Hindus or Sarnas. ST are not at all a problem. Major number of @nti-brahmins , @nti-Hindus are from SC and lower OBC groups.

अर्थात्, "चोरी जैसा कर्म करने पर राजा को चाहिए कि वह शूद्र को उस वस्तु के मूल्य का आठ गुना, वैश्य को सोलह गुना, क्षत्रिय को बत्तीस गुना अर्थदण्ड दे। ब्राह्मण को चौसठ गुना या पूरा सौ गुना दण्ड दे। जो चोरी आदि कृत्यों के बारे में जितना ज्यादा जानता हो, उसे उतने भाग में दण्ड दे, किन्तु ब्राह्मण के विवेकी होने के कारण उसे सौ गुना दण्ड दे।"

इस श्लोक के अनुसार, 'अच्छाई बुराई' के भेद और 'उचित-अनुचित' के निर्णय की शक्ति सम्बन्धी जिसका जितना ज्ञान है, वह क्रमशः ब्राह्मण, क्षत्रिय, वैश्य और शूद्र हैं।
इससे साबित होता है कि अपराध के विषय में और आपराधिक पापबोध के बारे में कम ज्ञान रखने वालों को मनुस्मृति के अनुसार सबसे कम दण्ड की व्यवस्था की गई थी। शूद्र को 'दण्ड विधान' में आरक्षण सम्बन्धी ऐसा अद्भुत उल्लेख विश्व के किसी भी अन्य ग्रंथ में नहीं मिलता है।
