My father is RSS karyakarta and he told me that in RSS all karyakartas only address each other by their first name and surname is never used, because RSS doesn't give importance to castes.
It can be true but tell one thing if they never promoted Upnam based discrimination why they do not stand to promote inter communal marriages? It's not just the difference of religion but also the difference of upbringing and lifestyle which would never be compatible. same, im brahmin maybe by birth but not by my work, i dont know vedas i dont know mantras, any person from any caste can be a preist if knows the rituals knowledgeg etc hence implying we can change our casts based on our occupation and skills... but since in todays era nobody will read veda or rituals as we need jobs, hence its better to completely eliminate this caste system, that can only happen when some few logica humane rational brahmins will openly oppose castism and will go do such work/ that no brahmin wud dare to do so that we can break this castis concept and by seeing us even other cast ppl will understand that now theres no brahmins its only hindus and those ppl who are still stuck in castism are a threat to hindus, and the other casts+ these few brahmins shud unite and fight agaisnt those racists brahmins who are too stubborn to leave this british made system..

Also I was recently reading Valmiki ji's Ramyana there it was written that the Nishad(the person who took Shri Ram, Sita Maiya and Shri Lakshman ji across the river) was a cast of inter caste marriage between a brahman and shudra.

The concept of hereditary Caste division itself is not Indian, it's a superimposition of the Spanish/Portuguese caste system and the English Class system in India, intending to divide the natives and use them against each other while the English hold power and work as a mediator.
Caste was a pyramid scheme that Europeans sold to Indians via their English imposition in Indian society to divide Indians into groups/ghettos and make them fight with each other.
So don’t mix up Varna with Gotram, Varna is Profession, and Gotram is Lineage.
Hindus are free to marry in different Varnas, only avoid marrying in the same Gotram because it is considered the same bloodline, hence we don’t marry between brothers and sisters.

In my 40 years life, I have seen VHP and BJP struggling for Shri Ram mandir along with Bal Thackeray 's Shiv sainiks and lakhs of Ram bhakt karsevaks but never read or heard Shankaracharyas struggling for Shri Ram mandir. For me Modi Ji is most deserving for consecration/ pran pratishtha of Shri Ram temple in Ayodhya. Jo karm aur hriday se Shri Ram bhakt hain, vi hi most deserving hain Pran pratishtha karne ke liye.

I am a Brahmin but I believe that if a person born in a Brahmin family eats meat and drinks liquor and his behaviour is not good is lower than an OBC who is satvik by karma. We have an ancient family temple in our Village which was made by our ancestors about 200 years ago. The priest who regularly performs morning and evening puja is an OBC and our family felt that he was the most deserving because he is devout bhakt of Hanuman ji, brahmachari and lives like a sadhu, doesn't wear slippers ever, walks many kilometres every day for 'ganga snan' during the month of 'Kartik'. May be he is not Brahmin by birth but by his karma he is and due to this our family considers him worthy of being a priest. And gradually other people of the village are also accepting and acknowledging him.
