The problem is that you showcase sanskrit as superior, and position yourself as the mediator between public and god, even inside temples. First learn one thing. Tamil was the oldest language on this planet. Second, step away from temples. Leave the god worship procedures to the people of each state. People in Brazil and France and Argentina do not say rituals and prayers in hebrew or aramaic. They do rituals in their language of portugese or french or spanish. Step down from temples, step out of sanskrit superiority mentality, and focus on serving the society, start some business, give jobs to people, e.t.c. Then you will earn respect of all. Otherwise you will be humiliated forever

Or maybe Brahmins are playing victim card because many so called lower castes are getting rights which made them stand equal to Brahmins and Brahmins are not tolerating this.
And Brahmins have always held high posts since ancient India, your community has written spiritual texts calling lower castes as inferior, if that's the case then Ambedkar's reservation should be celebrated and if you truly want to abolish reservation then do intercaste marriage, Brahmins should start marrying so called lower castes, gradually the caste system will be eradicated by this process

Annamalai is not an ethinc tamil. He is from Gowda. Ethinc tamizhls are different ALTHOUGH there might be a possibility of a racemix for 1 generation if they marry again back to ethinic people of TN. Sai Deepak is a dravidian cult and not tamizhl ethnic person.
      When I mean ethnic
      You need to remember this
Mother from Tamil clan + Father from Tamil clan that speaks tamizhl and their kula dheivam are actually followed by ethnic tamizhl people. Gothra system is a big failure in south because it was found by the outsiders. ONLY they are the ethnic. Exception is cross race breeding that happened in our family 1 or 2 generation but again married and breeded with ethnic tamizhls by cousin marriage to or with others. Reason: To carry forward Ethnic tamizhl aboriginal genes with minute genetic deviation.
This sai deepak or gowda pancha gauda cult are not Tamizhls. Please. Don't humiliate us. SIR.

Because , u got paid by Kshatriyas and Rajputs.

I am a proud hindu and a proud brahmin. I love my roots and completely respect them. I belive in equality of every creature, every living being and not just humans. This is what my sanatan dharma has taught me. Most of the Brahmins think this way, they were the enlightened gurus so don't disrespect them. Though, we today's generation are brahmin by birth basically descendants of various respected and highly developed sages, rishis but we are not enlightened how they used to be. Don't forget brahmin means who has known god and who is a truly developed soul. So any human who harms or hurts any other living being can't be even called a human, a hindu or a brahmin. So stop generalising and spreading hatred against Brahmins, people of our own religion.

Thanks a lot Sai Deepak Anna, for bringing up we OBC s into the pic. We are Mudaliars, of course, affluent enough, to be in the OBC cadre, though we use it sparingly enough, for obvious reasons. Your insight on this is awesome. We have had Brahmin teachers yes, and reserve our comments too. But definitely enough, we owe much of our knowlegeable skills to them, with revetence. Many of our friends, neighbours and people we meet in daily life, are still Brahmins and we not only cherish their company, but love it too. I belong to the generation of parents who have young adults as our children. We are truly wounded when Brahmins are targeted at, for wrong reasons. And not being able to voice out for them is making us feel bad too. Notwithstanding the fact that there are indeed some Brahmins, who went haywire in holding up their practices and customs for reasons known only to them, there are still many out there who still believe that they ought to play their role of being Sathvic, irrespective of whatever happens. Those immediately next in line to them are we, who truly enjoy good relations with them on seeking guidance for matters on wisdom. We soeak Hindi, chant Sanskrit slokams, play Veena, are trained in Classical Carnatic, etc., etc., much like our Brahmin friends. Infact, we wenr to ckasses together, as our mothers felt safe, because we were there for each other. What would people who are hurling stones at Brahmins say for this? And why this attitude? Irrespective of whichever community one belongs to, the basic ethics are the same. We as much relish with our Non Brahmin friends as we do with our Brahmin counter parts. Atleast in our dear Tamizhnadu, this wasn't the case. Hope people like you come out to help us all. We truly wish and pray to stay together. You have come as a Saviour or an Avaatar to speak for us. To finish on a lighter note, I wish to say that I too have spent good amount of time in the Amna University Campus, years ago, while doing my academics. You are from Anna University, right?
