A Review of Carvana's Customer Service and Website.

This video shows Carvana's Customer service and what to expect if you have an issue with your order. I have an order that I tried to fix what seemed like a simple typo leading to being charged the shipping fee of the vehicle twice. I also show how the website works in case you still want to order from them.

Nice to see you back. Saw your initial video on the GM cluster repair for the Silverado/GMC Sierra. Too bad i live stupid Ontario Canada, and cannot find a reputable repair site to redo my 2005 Silverado cluster. Great videos 😊

Yay your back. Do you have a patreon or something so I can give to your channel? I have gone from dirt poor to having a pretty nice life these days from doing GM cluster repair and similar board work. There's no way I would've learned the skills I did without yours and jeffs videos and I would like to give some the value back

Carvana is essentially insolvent. I just bought a P2 as well, but went through Polestar.

How do you like your P2?
After much argument with carvana today they finally admitted to charging it twice and claim they are refunding the second charge now. Took 3 hours of texting.

@@FixedUntilBroken I take delivery at the Polestar Place in 2 weeks. I needed the time to get a charger installed on my house. 2023 model but new. Long range dual motor, Plus pack. I am excited.

​@@radman999luckily I have a pretty short commute for work(less than 10mile EA way) so I can live of 115v charging until I have time to run a 240 drop to that side of the house.
Did you get pilot as well?

@@FixedUntilBroken No Pilot for me. I had only a few cars to choose from as I was doing last years model at the 1.9% financing special rate. My wife only cared about the glass roof, I doubt she would have used the climate control and bird's eye, etc. Wasn't a dealbreaker. I would say the Plus pack is essential as you get a much nicer interior and heat pump.

​@@radman999 Im supposed to get mine Monday so I will know for sure then. I don't know if 2023 is the same as 2024 but all dual motor long range in 2024 have pilot so maybe your in luck 🤞
