Just came across this during the black Friday deals, I want a tablet that can hold at least 1 tb of memory. Yes it does, I need bluetooth 2, yes it does. I will use it for streaming my 3000 hi res flac albums & trying the set up on a previous generation amazon 10 tablet & got a good result this is gonna be just right for streaming to my hifi as it has great upgrades. The cost just £60 during black Friday.

i still use my Fire HD 8 that i got on sale for just $50 in 2019 and now in 2024 it can still stream Netflix, Max & Prime Video all perfectly

I have just purchased this version of the Fire HD 8, taking advantage of the recent Cyber Monday discount. I have not upgraded in several years. Previously, I had the fire 7 and the HD 10. Both have slowed down to the point of needing an upgrade desperately over the past year. What I am curious about in terms of their new OS is whether they have solved the problem of the tablet chirping every 10-15 minutes. I loved my previous Kindle Fire tablets for a number of reasons, but my one issue is that if I am exercising and listening to a book on text to speech mode, that periodic chirp boots the tablet out of reading mode. Then I need to stop exercising and restart text to speech. Please tell me if they’ve fixed this is problem. Thanks!

Using a Samsung A7 10.4 screen primary for reading Kindle this screen is much lower resolution correct? That and Audible are the primary uses. Gmail would be web only too?

If you put TH-cam on cam you lock the screen? You can do this with iPads.
