Between 7 and 8, which do you gravitate to more? I really just want for reading books and the occasional pdf work-related docs. I love size of 7, but feel like I’d appreciate the extra stuff the 8 has to offer.
@@vara3588 I think you should also think how often you will travel will the kindle. I say go with the 8. It’s a nicer size and you could even comfortably watch TH-cam or something. It’s a bit bulkier for a purse or small bag but worth it for the PDF aspect.
I have a kindle fire 10 which I love it's faster and I use that for magazines and books that have a lot more color. I also have a basic kindle, Paperwhite and now a kindle scribe which is quite expensive but I wanted to try it out since I like to write and take notes. I like your channel thanks for sharing.

I do love the HD 10 but it can be a bit big. My youngest uses it a lot to read-but the new HD8 feels comparable to the 10, it’s very zippy with a great battery. I need to hear more about this kindle scribe because I’m really trying to justify it.
I have a Paperwhite 10th generation as well as a Fire HD 10. I had the 8 and gave it to my sister. I have been torn between getting the 11 Signature vs Fire Max 11 and I think I'm going to get the Fire Max 11 mainly because I love that everything is in color. Plus, I love the Text-to-Speech feature and not having to use earbuds or Bluetooth speakers to listen to audiobooks. I rarely use my Fires as tablets because I have my ipad for that. But I do love the Kindle devices.

I also picked up a fire 8 HD while they were on sale last week. I have a PaperWhite which I absolutely love but I too need to see some color coverage sometimes lol. I was thinking of getting an iPad mini (again) but couldn’t justify the price just to use the kindle app, libby, goodreads, and maybe stream a show occasionally. I haven’t had a Fire tablet in about 10 years so I wasn’t sure if i would have the same “old fire tablet experience” that drove me to Apple products in the first place but at $60 I said I might as well give it a go. It’s been almost a week with it and so far so good. The battery life really has surprised me. I initially wanted the pink one too but I ended up going with the blue one and I really like the look of it.
Yes, you and I sound very similar. That’s exactly why I love the kindle fire. I need a bit of color sometimes. I also agree this is the best battery I’ve seen in a while. I love having a nice collection of tablets to choose from. I have an iPad mini already but I honestly don’t read it, but I love the fire so I can go straight from Libby to reading. It’s a win. You can also have Alexa to read to you that you purchased from Amazon. I use 😊 this feature sometimes but most of the time I use the text to speech.. I love both the fire tablets and kindle devices. My kindle favorite devices are 8in fire tablet (10th gen), kindle 2022 and 7in fire tablet (9th gen) from another account. I'm starting to look at the new rose 8in fire tablet 😮too..

I bought one to a week ago. I thought about getting the pink fire but I was afraid it was going to be to bright of a pink.. I got the black one because I thought it looked sexy. Still looking for a case for it. I screen shot the cover of the book I’m reading and make my Lock Screen.

How did you get the libby app , I have the kindle 7 , I have to go through a heking loop just to barrow my book. Haaallp!!
